It felt pretty luxurious for the budget. The staff were great - very friendly & helpful, especially the lovely manager in the restaurant (I accidentally ordered a meat dish, but am veggie 🙄).

We went to use the Spa in the morning without realising that only the pool was open (not all the extras like sauna & stuff). As the pool was cold and the ambient area chilly, it wasn’t quite as relaxing as we’d hoped.

Hotel was a late booking of about the only accommodation I could find in the area. The hotel was a very high standard with a huge room, and extremely spacious bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. There was a very wide range of food available for breakfast. All good!

Car park was full to overflowing - although I suspect there may have been more spaces available in an unsignposted car park across the road. The hotel is in a very 'out of town' location on a non-descript business park area. Apart from that, nothing to criticise during our brief stay.

The spa was amazing, complete zen, beautifully designed, amazing offering with sauna, steam rooms and ice rooms. Extension with bar and terrace was amazing, restaurant had great food and drink selections. Rooms were stunning and super comfy beds.

Nothing really, would have loved to stay longer.

Large beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Perfect beds. Everything is very clean. Beautiful hall at the entrance with a lot of candles and waterfall. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Great SPA area. Very helpful and attentive staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Overall, our family was positively impressed by this hotel and we highly recommend it.

A little bit far from the center of the city, though it is not a problem and it is possible to take a taxi to get there.

Breakfast was great, although it was not clear from the booking website that it was not paid for. Very nice comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurant. Wellness center is very nice.

In such a hotel you would expect more confort in terms of being provided slippers and bath robe for the pool.

Great design elements, great bath tub, wonderful room size, big bed, beautiful large windows. Breakfast was superb. Spa was gorgeous in terms of design. Extra pillows in the room. Staff were professional and warm but not clingy. Great bike rental. Aesthetics of the entire place very delightful. Free parking.

Skimpy on towels which were for both the room and the spa/pool area. Had to ask multiple times to be told no to spa reservations for massage. Housekeeping maybe too laid back. The one day our room was cleaned over 3 night stay all of our soap was taken and thrown away so we had to wash hands with body wash. Limited trash bins in the room and NO bin in the toilet room (not good for women). No tissues to be found. No slippers or robes.

Excellent hotel! Clean, quiet modern rooms. The spa was a pleasant surprise, but massages need to be booked in advance! Good breakfast! Nice prices in the restaurant and bar!

No room service... If you need something, you will have to go to the reception desk and get it yourself. The steak in the restaurant was terrible))

the location is not ideal. but with taxi ok to go downtown. The staff is a bit too direct (I locked myself out of the room because I was in between mine and the kids ones all the time and the receptionnist told me this was not a smart thing to do… ) i think several a bit too young… then when asking about restaurants, great advices except they did not tell us that all restaurants are close at 9:00 pm…

Easy parking, excellent restaurant with professional service, nice room. I enjoyed my stay, but could not use the wellness because of the room safe, I didn`t feel comfortable to leave things in the room.. See below.

The safe in my room was in a draw, and the safe was loose and therefore mobile! Not quite so good if one has valuables or important documents and such. Please fix this!

Great location near the Golf course. Friendly staff. Modern rooms. The restaurant was good.

Lacking some amenities such as bathrobe, slippers and bottled water which would be expected at this price level.
