Centrally located and convenient, even if not particularly pretty (looking at Mc Donalds!). The hotel is modern and has a lovely atmosphere, especially the common areas like bar, breakfast room and terrace. Loved the lighting in the evenings with candle type lighting eveywhere. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful

Of course it´s all functional, so not a warm atmosphere in the rooms, for example through colors or pictures on the wall. The cups in the bathroom are plastic cups which is unnecessary plastic waste and so are the many little items on the breakfast buffet. For those who are interested in and have an awareness regarding e.g. reducing plastic waste, this would not be your choice. To my surprise vegan options - e.g. cow milk alternatives - were not available strangly enough - even though it is available in so many other places in the world

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, nice bar/restaurant, good breakfast, all at a reasonable price. Location makes the hotel better suited for Business traveling, for holidays thete are better options

The main lights in the room switch off automatically after a few minutes, learning by doing, the reading lights show a normal behavior

Nice hotel in an industrial area, across from the McDonalds, a little outside of the city centre. If you have a car, it's only a few minutes to Middelburg's city centre. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. Our room was clean and completely did the job for our one night stay, fair price. Free breakfast with plenty of options.

I stayed here a week with some family. The staff were absolutely lovely, the food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable. It's a great atmosphere, very friendly to everyone, and the staff are also quite helpful. ☺️

while the outside of the hotel is very unassuming, the inside is very warm and friendly. I have seen some reviews that the rooms are cold. What I noticed during my stay was the radiator valve was closed. I opened and then the heat started flowing. The room was small but we’ll laid out and very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very expansive and very good.

other than the outside being unassuming I didn’t have anything I didn’t like about the property. The location directly around the hotel isn’t anything special but was about a mile and half walk to the center of Middelburg.

Check in was smooth, rooms are tiny but comfortable, staff was helpful. Breakfast was tasty and good variety.

Rooms are small that I'm used to. It would be nice to have an option of connecting rooms or a family room, but was not available, had to take 2 rooms next to each other for a family.

Check-in difficult - we were given the wrong code for the key box so couldn’t get in to the hotel… stressful after a long drive. We had to phone the emergency number and they were very helpful. We were then given the correct code and all was well.

Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Breakfast is very nice, good coffee and many different kinds of bread. Restaurant serves nice meals, convenient.

Signage to the entrance is missing, kept driving onto the industrial area.

Quiet room, very clean, everything there what was promised. Could easily make it warm on a cold day. Breakfast was exceptional. Parking plenty and free

Pillows were a bit sturdy

I appreciate them allowing us to store our touring bike in a locked shed. The room was comfortable. The restaurant was very good!

The power went out for several hours during the night. Having USB ports for charging in the room would have been helpful for us.
