The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city. One particular staff member was exceptionally welcoming and provided valuable advice about the area. However, other staff members appeared to be merely present behind their desks, offering minimal engagement.

Regrettably, despite the numerous signs clearly prohibiting smoking on the premises, certain tenants continued to smoke directly in front of my studio while standing or sitting in the courtyard, notwithstanding repeated requests to desist. It is disappointing that the hotel, despite the extensive presence of CCTV surveillance, fails to enforce its regulations effectively. Please note that if your studio is located directly above the tattoo parlor, you will need to keep your windows closed most of the time, as the parlor employees take smoke breaks at regular intervals throughout the day.

The apartment was grand and was like a loft like space on ground floor. We really missed the apartment after 7 days stay since it was so great with joint interactions such as breakfast and dinner. The open kitchen is a blast - communicating to everyone while preparing food. Then for sleeping - everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Kids loved it (10y and 13y). Extremely kind and helpful staff at all times - would always book this apartment again for the price (1.2k for a complete week including no-worries end cleaning). Thanks Residentie-Team for such a great stay !

Moaning on a very high level .... maybe a sieve is missing in the kitchen and the induction stove (1y old) drive us a little mad only working two of four fireplaces. All in all nothing really negative - just wanted the experience of our stay.

Clean and comfortable.

The only minor grumble was that there was no indication on the information sheet in the room that there was a charge for laundry. Other charges such as extra towels were mentioned but nothing for laundry. We would not have used the service if we had known.

The location and cleanliness of the room and floor. They provided drinking glasses (for wine and normal) and the shower was closed to keep water within the shower, including good quality body soap which was very nice.

There were NO walking slippers within the room which would had matter a lot. The front desk closes at 6pm and on Sunday at noon. I find this quite weird that there is nobody around to help with service in the evening, most specifically in the afternoon - even if it's Sunday. It's a hotel, there should always be a service person available!

The 3-bedrooms appartement is actually a small individual house with a garage, totally new/renovated and in a very quiet street next to the main shopping street

accessing the house (and garage) by car is not easy the first time (one side of the road is closed due to works and the other side is difficult to reach because of all 1-way streets in the center). do not trust your gps or google maps if you do not want to circle around the house for hours…)

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable, centrally located, small but well equipped kitchen and small but modern and comfortable bathroom.

The out of hours check-in with a QR-code works well, but the email that contains it tends to get buried in all the other emails you receive from both booking and the hotel. It also would be more convenient if you could use your keycard to open the front door after check in

Clean, comfy and had all we need. happy about the kitchen and the location was fine and nicely centred in the city. a bit noisy with the lively crowd in the square in front of our window. I recommend to book the apartments at the back and not in the front where the bars are.

the air extraction from the bathroom was noisy and after switching it off it would go on again after a couple of minutes throughout the night. It’s somehow not working properly!

Very nice location in the middle of the centre of Vlissingen. Only a short walk to the beach. Nearby multiple parking lots. The studio was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The hostess was very helpful.

No A/C in the studio, so had to cool down the room by opening the windows.

Location was very good. Room and lobby feel like we’re at home so it was not like sleeping in a weird environment

Sound isolation in the room was not good at all Parking place is a bit far from the hotel

In the apartment there was only coffee and tea, no salt, no pepper, no hand soap, no shampoo and only one small bottle of shower gel for two.
