The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Great food selection at breakfast times. Where the hotel is situated offered beautiful views of the beach and seafront. My room was clean and comfortable and provided a great starting point to access the town.

The room was a little dated and would benefit from being decorated. I would have liked to have an hairdryer in the room.

Beachfront beauty for watching boats chug by. Kind welcoming reception staff, interesting decor, great Tv,, comfortable beds. nice breakfast and evening dinner. loved the balcony with a view up and down the beach.

The stairs typically tight with winders present a problem if you’re not used to Dutch stair design. they are tight and steep and difficult to see when coming down in the dark. Theta was no coffee or tea in the room and only a small bottle of wine and water. it wasn’t clear if this water or wine was free? Would prefer staff who let me speak Dutch when in Holland rather than revert to English. I feel it is rude to speak in English if a visitor has enough Dutch to communicate.

The location to the Hotel is so ambience. first row to the beach and a few minutes walk to the city. The food was delicious.

The two apart bedroom was too small. The apart distance between the two beds was 50cm. i found it so annoying especially because I had visited with my teenage son. we found the twinbed bed, and was only separated when I went to the reception to complain. i felt like they were not ready for our arrival.

The staff. I arrived 2 hours after the check in was closed and they waited for me.
