Good value, spacious room. Easy check in process after hours.

It would be good to have somewhere secure to store bikes. I knew this facility wasn't present at the hotel when booking so I don't think it's their fault. I just assumed that the city (this being the Netherlands) would have a secure facility. The only bike garage in the centre seemed to be abandoned. The city authorities should address this asap.

• clean • the bus stop from the train station (or from Middelburg is right in front of the hotel) • amazing location ~ in the heart of the city and around 5min walk to the seaside • I only stayed one night in a single bed room and it met my expectations • complimentary water was nice

• the STEEP stairs might be problematic for some • I wish there was a hairdryer (but maybe I could get one from the reception, I didn't ask for it)

The hotel in general is nice value for the price. It's quite cheap and central in the city so it's great for a quick stay. The staff is also very nice and understanding.

Sadly, we did not have any hot water in the shower and the walls were quite thin so you could hear when other people were entering the place and/or leaving. But overall the people were very respectful so once they entered their rooms it was very quiet.

I was there for work so the location for me was perfect. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly but I wasn't there long enough to make a full description of facilities.

Typical Dutch staircase up to the rooms which is very steep and difficult to negotiate with large suitcases. In fairness, the hotel does point out this fact in their literature

Very good location, the beach, restaurants and shops are accessibel. The property is cosy and clean.

I hope they also have an elevator.

It was a nice room with comfortable beds and a very clean shower. The location was perfect as it was close to both the city and the beach.

There was no hairdryer so if you don’t bring one you can’t dry your hair.

Nice room with window. Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. Also excellent breakfast. Great stay. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and I would definitely stay again.

Good room, close to the center and beach. All clean and well organized.

Everything was perfect, small negative if any, sliding door to bathroom was not easy to slide.
