The hotel is located at an excellent location in the center of Middelburg with good parking facilities around. We booked for 2 rooms which were located direct at the entrance. On arrival we received a warm receptions. Rooms are spacious and drinks and snacks were foreseen. For practical reasons we changed the room for our just married son and daughter in law to this B&B. When the manager heard about, he and his daughter spontaniously took care for a beautiful decoration of the room, making our stay unforgettable.

A lot of pride, love and energy went into creating this beautiful family-run hotel. We cannot recommend Logies aan de Dam enough, its location, the beautiful room, the stunning building full of ambiance, the owners/staff. Everything exceeded our expectations and we'd love to come back sometime. Thanks again!

One of the most beautiful old houses in Middelburg, tastefully converted into a hotel by the owners, retaining many period features in the rooms. Evertyhing superb, even a simple breakfast included (most Dutch hotels charge extra). You are a very short walk from the centre of town.

Very friendly host, warm welcome. beautiful well equipped room, incredible attention to detail, super comfortable bed and immediately clean bedroom and shower room. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated accommodation.

The room were very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom too. The host were also very kind. We also had the chance to check out their store which had very great quality products.

This lovely historical property is in a wonderful location, very central but peaceful as well. We enjoyed the experience of staying in a piece of history, in comfort. There are 2 suites on the ground floor and we stayed in both of them. The rooms both have a lot of natural daylight coming in, high ceilings, rain shower and comfortable beds. We liked the personal touches such as refreshments in the fridge and a selection of teas beautifully presented. The owner was welcoming and friendly. As we were staying in the center, everything was walking distance. We would love to come back.

Dave, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival. We parked about a 10 min walk away at a free parking lot, which was great. The property itself has a ton of character, with beautiful, spacious rooms that are very tastefully decorated. The room was extremely clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I loved all the attention to detail the owner has put into the room, such as refreshments and breakfast items in the fridge, and robes, and I LOVED the various flavors of fresh tea provided with beautiful tea glasses. The location is also great, very quiet at night but super close to shops and restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here when visiting Middelburg, NL. This is not (yet) a full-service hotel with a reception, bar, hot breakfast etc.. so if you are looking for a full hotel experience this may not be for you. However, the host was amazing and the room provided us with everything we needed during our stay. Honestly, no negative feedback everything was great!

The buildings itself was beautiful with plenty of character and we both loved our room (Zee Suite). Everything was spotless clean, the bed the most comfortable I ever slept in in a hotel and there were plenty of additional touches which just made our stay even more special (selection of green teas, sweet treats etc.). We were also allowed to keep our bikes on site which was greatly appreciated. Great location with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. I'd definitely return to this place.

We had a beautiful room in this magnificent, historic house. The bed was super comfortable and the location, a short walk from city centre bars and shops, was perfect.

A beautiful old patricians house in the centre of the stunning small city of Middelburg. Dave, one of the owners was very friendly and accommodating and helped to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, many cultural attractions were closed during our two night stay so it’s worth checking before you visit.
