Great location right on the beach, spacious room. Sea view. Very good breakfast. Nice activities in the hotel or within walking distance. Very good choice for families.

The toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, which is very unhygienic, touching 4 doorknobs from the toilet untill you reach the sink to wash your hands. I know it is a custom in that part of the world, but that doesn't make it good. There are solutios to this, I'm pointing out the problem. Parkig is available but payed. The pool which you have acces to, as a guest of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, no car acces there.

Location is great. Close to town and right across the beach.

The hotel was fantastic. Easy to find, location was brilliant and stunning views all around. Extremely comfy beds and lots of space in the room. Lovely facilities and great for families as I plan to go back with mine now i've been. Swimming pool was also great to use!

If you stay in the hotel you can only get breakfast at the hotel, for evening meals you need to go to the centre parks centre about 10 minutes walk which was strange. Also knowing people are staying in the room the tea / coffee facilities where not complete and missing. Parking I understand that there is a charge but to be charged and then say the barriers are not working and the security to drive in and out is not working seems a bit of a con as I was parked outside the gate for free and then paid for nothing which wasnt explained till after I had paid as no note of my car was taken at all.

We stayed in the hotel part of the centre parcs resort.. The view from the room was fabulous, the room so spacious, the beds so comfy, separate shower and toilet facilities was ideal. Nice shower screen. Aqua mundo is a great swimming facility with wave machine and slide and rapids slides . We was like big kids in there absolutely loved it and the outdoor pool is wonderful with relaxing area with jacuzzi effect. The all you can eat and drink restaurant is excellent

Another fantastic visit to this hotel, Perfect location for our stay, perfect room that is comfy again. Great facilities that can be used before you get your room and after check out.

I just feel the 4pm check in is late. We arrived in the area for 9am and I appreciate rooms need servicing but by adding a early check in at cost would help as yes we could use facilities but we had to keep our bags handy with us.

The exterior of the hotel building is not attractive at all and doesn't seem to fit with the CP ethos to blend with nature! Along with a number of buildings on the Zandvoort's coastline, it is a bit of an eyesore. But luckily the interior is very much CP and the hotel staff contribute to a very friendly ambience, welcoming all guests. Our room was very clean and fresh, and we had a beautiful sea view. We watched the sunset, and loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea. We extended our check-out time very easily, and transitioning from the hotel to our VIP cottage in the park was managed seamlessly, all staff being very professional and very helpful. The market dome is really bright and cheerful, and staff are very helpful in the shops. The ATM worked a treat :-)

The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is located perfectly and you can reach everything within short walking distance. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The view of the ocean is truly perfect! It’s easy to find your room. The breakfast was very delicious.

The windows weren’t all that clean which made it hard to watch the ocean with closed windows. The floors were a little dirty but that didn’t bother us. Even tho the breakfast is super delicious, it’s pretty hard to get to the foods because of millions of people just standing in your way. Price-performance ratio is therefore a little unrealistic because it seems too pricey for what you actually get.

Literally just across the road from a very long, very clean, beautiful beach. Short walk into town. Great location, helpful & friendly staff.

The only thing was the hotel said they could not book us taxi. This made life very difficult as we spoke no Dutch and most of the taxi company staff did not speak English.

disappointed with Centre parcs, the parc was very tired, did not use the swimming pool only breakfast available in the hotel, windows could have been cleaned to see the view's (even once a week would help) we ate out across the beach in a wonderful bar

The overall experience is great, it's like being on a full-fledged vacation 10km from home

The place is so busy that having only one of the two lifts functioning made for long waits. The staff are professional and kind but not particularly warm. The buffet in the morning was absolutely overrun and they ran out of basic items quickly like napkins and trays
