The room is nice and cosy with a charming balcony. Great location in the city center, not far from the see and train station. The room wasn't as noisy as we expected because of the bars and restaurants downstairs. The breakfast was excellent and substantial (the same plate day by day but with varied choice of melas like bakery products, cold cut, cheese, yoghurt with muesli etc. for each person). Good drapes to make the room dark in the morning.

The mattress was uncomfortable, the spirals inside could be felt one by one. The staircase was narrow and the stairs steep but it's because of the building's age and character.

Nice to arrive at this cosy and warm place- both the place itself AND the family who runs it! 8:30 best breakfast, super start for a day at the winter beach. Same warm feelings when coming home again late afternoon. Thanx for that!

There has been an annoying sound from the yardside from some airmachine on the restaurant roof....better to book one of the more expensive rooms to the front I guess...

Perfect location , friendly staff, the breakfast is amazing and fresh! Apartment was fantastic, and clean. Albert heojn and a lovely bakery over the road , and an arcades and casino upstairs for adults . Coffee shop around the corner was lovely and welcoming. . The beach is a few minutes walk . We was there when the market was on , lots of lovely looking food 😋 Will definitely stay again . Thank you for an awesome break

Super location, super breakfast served at the table. Dinner at the restaurant of the hotel was very good Circus (game hall) next to the hotel, great fun in the evening with the kids. Circuit in walking distance , Racesquare simulator was great fun Bars at the beach close by. I would definitely book this hotel again, i wouldn’t take one at the beach front, the center of Zandvoort with shops and restaurants is much more nice.

Fridge in the bathroom was uncommon but didn’t disturb.

Absolutely lovely staff at the reception, with very helpful recommendations. Bed was big and comfortable. Wi-fi was great. No breakfast was available, however there was a coffee machine and another for sandwiches, snacks.

Noisy ( at least my room was close to the highway) or no soundproof. The road /area in front of the hotel is under construction/renovation, so there is a little bit of walking around when coming from/going to the bus stop.

The location is excellent, right in the main street, 5 min walk to the beach, 20 min train ride to Amsterdam. The hotel is really lovely and charming, breakfast was really nice and so is the restaurant. The staff are extremely nice. I stayed in a single room which was simple but adequate. Would definitely return.

Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect. Parking underground (under Albert Heijn supermarket is very convenient and within walking distance of the hotel (and it's not expensive). The hotel restaurant offers good options and tasty food. We're here to celebrate my friend's birthday. The hotel staff was very nice and decorated the room as I requested with no extra charge. Thank you so much.

The bathroom is super small. We had stayed in a different room before (facing the main street) and the room (and everything) looks a lot better than the room we had this time. So, we kinda felt a bit disappointed. We understand that we couldn't get the same room all the time but we thought all rooms are similar.

Hotel is really nice and room size was perfect for one traveler. Hotel itself has a nice charm and located very in city center itself. It will take you 5-7minutes walk to the beach. Food store is around the corner and a lot of cafes.

I was solo traveler and got room for one person which was located "under" or really near to stairs. Owner of hotel did everything possible to make noice isolation better, still would not recommend to stay at this room if you are very sensible to noice.

Everything the room size was excellent, the balcony was amazing, and the place was spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of, the staff were very helpful and friendly atmosphere was very relaxed, highly recommend this Hotel

No coffee available after closing time, I drink a lot of coffee

Room was a small cockpit. Not for a week stay on the beach. Great breakfast, not a buffet but more that I could eat. I stayed only one night. Within walking distance to the beach. Café and restaurant in tthe Hotel. In fact it is rather a café and restaurant with some rooms.

Staircase was quite steep for a 60yr overweight dude.
