Good location, stylish and clean property and staff all extremely helpful.

The room we stayed in was extremely noisy as it was accessed via an external walkway where other guests would walk pat and often stop outside our room to smoke and even use our external table and chairs. I was travelling with my 5 year old so found the noise in the evenings really difficult for him to sleep.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! My wife and I loved this hotel, our room (studio with balcony) was amazing. Especially considering how cheap our stay was! The 7 nights we were there, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything from the decor to the layout of the hotel was exceptional. We loved the rustic wooden keycard! Lovely touch. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the storage room for luggage after checkout (which was free!) was extremely useful. The balcony was so lovely, very cosy and comfortable yet private enough! We could not believe how comfortable the bed was, we sank in! The kitchenette was also very handy, with a nice cold fridge. You have the coffee machine with tasty espresso and lungo, teas, kettle and nice tote bag provided to use for shopping! Even dinnerware and glassware is provided too. The bathroom was very big and clean, great sized sink. Nice rainfall shower, loved the decor. We will definitely come back!! We recommend this hotel 110%!

The room was really very nice! We liked the interior very much, it is very modern and cozy, in very pleasant light colours, and freshly refurbished, no issues at all! We got an upgrade, so I can’t rate a small room, ours was spacious enough! And the bathroom is very spacious too! The room was quiet, and the bed was super comfy😊 The staff is nice.

Lots of water came on the floor after showering, but this didn’t disturb us much. The only thing we didn’t like was dirty floor, it was full of sand. Even after cleaning one day the towels were changed, but the floor wasn’t washed( They should pay attention to that.

Comfortable stay in a spacious attic style room with windows. Housekeeping was great and very helpful in locating room on arrival. On the edge of the restaurant/shopping area and marginally further to the train station than another place I stayed. Quiet surroundings.

Staff at the front desk gave me very long and confusing instructions to my room two buildings away, not surprisingly I got lost trying to find it. They really should have walked me to it. When asking about restaurant bookings they told me to call and book myself, and I had to point out I was on an international number so it would be helpful if they could call for me.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of options for our family. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for all 4 of us. Location was perfect, beautiful area, charming little village, train station easy walk to and from. Felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Temperature inside was kind of hot while sleeping especially up in the top bunk, and this was in March, yet it was still cold outside, but we couldn't leave the windows open as you are literally right at the street level,, so didn't really feel comfortable leaving them open while we were sleeping, no matter how safe we felt. That was my biggest thing that I didn't like.

My stay at this hotel in Zaandvort was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast area was inviting, with a great selection of food to start the day. Overall, this hotel provided excellent value for money, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Super good service, top staff, helpful and supportive.hotel and rooms are cozy and provide great atmosphere. I was at ghf first floor in the extra building.

There isn't anything, really, but I would personally, not feel comfortable with most rooms at ground level...as close to the street with views straight on the bed..., so you would need to shut the curtain sll the time. Makes maybe a difference if travelling alone, or not, or if only in the room for sleeping anyway....

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms on the upper level with slanted roof. We originally thought this would be a problem but we hardly noticed it at all. It is an easy walk from the train station to this hotel and easy to get around town. The beach is only a few streets over.

I thought the hotel was on the beach but it is a few streets away. Likely my fault for not reading the listing thoroughly.

Loved the design of the actual room. It felt like it was very thoughtfully done. Lighting, small spaces in the room were well designed. We had a small alcove with a chair and table that quickly became our favorite spot.

On Booking’s website I was led to believe the studio will come with a microwave. There was no microwave in the studio which made things a little difficult on the first night as we were traveling with a baby. There was a kettle and some bowls so we could improvise.

We booked last minute and the price was really good. Room was much better than previous more expensive rooms we have had. Very comfy and cozy we decided to stay in the room with a takeaway rather than eat out. We loved the fact you can bring dogs although we didn't bring ours. Did not hear any barking. Very pretty with all the Xmas lights. One of my favourite hotels of our trip. We did not stay for breakfast. Could have easily stayed longer.

Parking was a short walk away although reasonably priced.
