Comfort Room: The room was incredibly cozy and inviting, with beautiful details. One of the highlights was the laid table, which immediately made me feel welcomed. It was set with care, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. From the soft lighting to the carefully arranged decor everything was so nice. Also received helpful Informationen from the host and the communication was easy! Close to supermarket and city 3 minutes, to the beach 6 minutes, located in the nice area of Zandvoort. Can’t wait to return!

It's not that easy to keep the bathroom dry while showering. Another door seal would be good

A friendly welcome and the owner was very helpful with getting our bikes parked out of sight and covered by video security. Everything is very fresh, modern and tasteful. Our room was very comfortable with every facility needed. The fridge/kettle and coffeemaker plus dinky table and 2 chairs allowed us to have morning coffee and croissants whilst plotting our day. Wifi excellent. TV covered more channels than anywhere else we’ve been recently. Location is very close to the centre and the beach. We would return.

Nothing to quibble with.

Contemporary, sleek, clean, minimalist, conducive for a single traveller. We had the ground floor room which suited us very well, very easily accessible. Quiet and orderly neighbourhood, away from crowds but easily walkable to town centre for groceries and meals.

The bathroom could do with more hooks to hang bath and face towels. The basin can get wet and flooded after a few uses. All TV channels are in Dutch.

The hosts are an example for customer service. The room was very nice and clean with a good bed. The location is perfect close to everything and in a nice quiet part of Zandvoort. But the hosts made it very special. They always respond very fast to your questions/messages. We didnt like the two separate mattresses and they fixed it directly. And when they heard we are engaged a nice bubble wine and a personal card was waiting in our room. We will definitely come back

Room 19 was impeccably clean! When I arrived the electronic entry system was so simple to use. The room was very well appointed with everything a guest would need. Bathroom shower pressure was awesome and I loved the rain head shower overhead. Beds were very comfy and the linens were crisp and neatly tucked. Towels in the bath were of good quality and extremely clean. All around a very nice stay. I would highly recommend your property to anyone looking for a great beach location. Thanks for your hospitality. Loved your property.

Very well presented with lovely decor and modern bathroom.

I liked the quality of interior, water pressure and attention to detail. The only thing I would change is the check out time- 10:30am is a bit too early, especially if the check in is in the afternoon. Does not give much time to enjoy the stay. I think the cleaning should not take that long, giving a small number of rooms. I would also suggest putting a bottle opened to each room as they so kindly provided a complimentary small bottle of wine, which was a cork bottle. And finally I would include USB socket charger, if possible, as it was nowhere to plug my USB chargers anywhere. Otherwise it was great.

Very nice, new hotel, modern, clean, very good location close to the beach, comfortable beds. We did not test the breakfast but we will test next time we will come. We came by car and you can find parking place around the hotel although not exactly in front of the hotel. What I particularly liked is that they have a family room that is great for a family with 2 kids like ours. For sure we will come again.

The fact that the double bed did not have a double mattress, but it was ok.

Great location, lovely and clean, quite recently built (it seems) hotel. Really friendly and helpful owners. Obviously expensive as it's August. The service offering is purely the room, there are no additional facilities, but that's fine as everything is so close. So a great choice if that's all you're looking for. We'd definitely use again. Very short stroll to the town centre or the beach.

Nowhere for the car, you have to park elsewhere, but that's Zandvoort and nothing to do with the hotel and owners. Everything else was great.

What's not to love! The decor is stunning, the beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach and main restaurant strip, shops etc. but still peaceful. We had a room on the top floor and the views were gorgeous, especially at sunset.

Perfect accommodation, close to the beach, the restaurants. A new, modern, nicely decorated hotel with everything you need. Nice bed and comfortable pillows. It has a great family room which is very difficult to find these days. The owner is super nice and helpful. We love this hotel. This was our second time here and for sure we will book again in the future.
