Every bit of my stay has been Amazing. I'd certainly come back

There's no mini bar in the room and essentials like cream in bathrrom and bathrobes weren't provided. But these were made up for in other areas.

Staffs were friendly, the meals were really nice, the environment was clean

My heater didn’t work

Very friendly and respectful people. Excellent food.

Reading table in the room had no power socket. Door locks not so secure. Place where they placed coffee kettle has no electricity socket near. Even where the sofa is there is no socket nearby, so if you need to work on your laptop, you will have to sit on the bed!

The staff at the reception during my check-in were very friendly. Also had very cordial security staff.

The floor plan of the shower wasn't ideal.

I particularly like the location and the fact that there are several shops and restaurants within the same building. Just one-stop shop.

Some of the restaurant staff were very professional and lacked customer service skills. Also, there was no water to bathe. I had to complain before it was resolved.

It is clean, quiet, the staff are friendly (perhaps overly), and the meals I ate were all good.

This hotel does not accept, or told me they don't accept international credit cards. I have never seen this before. The booking said that they take Visa and Mastercard and NO cash. My credit card subsequently did not work, with the manager even suggesting that I go to the HIlton Hotel (5 miles away) and use one of their international ATM's to pay with cash. Eventually, they found a POS machine that would accept an international card. This whole episode left a bad taste in my mouth for the 2 night stay. Also, the restaurant menu is extensive but much of it is not actually available.
