The entire staff went out of their way to ensure it was a great trip throughout my stay. Breakfast was good and the evening meals were well prepared, fresh and hot. Nothing was too much trouble. From getting me in some sweet biscuits to arranging a driver to greet me at the airport upon arrival. The hotel was spotless and all areas were very clean and tidy. Bottled water supplied in room every day and housekeeping regularly cleaned and replenished the room. Was given an upgrade upon arrival and having the extra space to work in the evenings was great. Overall a very well run, safe and clean hotel in a bustling part of town. Ideally situated for my business trip. Highly recommend to any expat/local travellers visiting Port Harcourt as a fantastic value for money/safety/ambiance place to stay.

Honestly hard pressed to think of anything that stands out. If anything was amiss I was asked to report it straight away at it would be resolved. We did have a few power outages, but none exceeded a few minutes.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet was also very clean and neat and so i enjoyed my two days stay in the hotel and will definitely return and why not recommend the hotel to people visiting PortHacourt

The only problem I experience was the slow nature of the WIFI internet connection which was too slow to even send a picture talk less of a video as I tried sending a picture and it took so long to load. Perhaps the band weight of the internet should be improved

Clean environment

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I don’t usually write reviews but will make an exception here. It is nestled in a secure location with adequate security measures. The hotel room was clean with cozy beds, adequate hot water, no mosquitoes, and a nice dining room with good menu. Will definitely go back to this hotel when next I am in PH.

The food was wonderful and nice , 100% comfort apartment, hospitality was top notched and service was excellent.

We didn't get complimentary breakfast and shortage of basic supplies such as replacing the bathing soap. The bathroom is equally very small but it's still OK. I was expecting electric kettle for beverages or boiling water .

1. Hotel location is secluded and somewhat difficult to locate. 2. The bed is semi-orthopedic and too hard for me. They should offer some rooms with softer beds

Great stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Everything is on point!

The staff were exceptional and the environment was clean. It was worth every penny. I enjoyed my stay and will always lodge there whenever I'm in Port Harcourt.

Other guests calling my room thinking it's the reception/front desk. They should find a way to educate the guests more. It's not fun getting calls at odd times.

Everything from the reception to the ambience of the environment, the food was waoh!, Very neat and beautiful environment. The standard is superb. I recommend it to anyone. I got value for my money . Will definitely visit again when next I visit port Harcourt.
