My experience with the staff, particularly the Manager, was exceptional. They are a friendly mix of personnel. Their breakfast was amazing. The environment is always neat. The location is accessible to many places as it is quite central.

Excellent complimentary breakfast between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. - always something good to look forward to! A serve yourself assorted buffet really! Kennedy the bell-man was very friendly in showing me other room-type options, checking me in and even providing me some extra hangers! I got the full benefit of my Genius 2 level discount - no story, no hassle! There was a bathroom robe in the closet, as was an electronic safe in the closet/wardrobe (which I put to good use throughout my stay). One of the managers provided me with a pair of customized hotel disposable slippers as I couldn't bring mine along on this trip. Excellent Wi-Fi connection with provided password at check-in. Functional elevator - in good condition throughout my stay (max 4 persons though). I will stay here again and again!!!

The PoS was not functional on the Sunday of my check-in. However, it was functional thereafter (I stayed for 6 nights). Some of the rooms have piped water issues that seem to affect their walls and leave some mustiness in the air.

More continental food items in Breakfast. The TV operators are not available 247. when they close you cant watch the channel of your choice. I was unable to watch championship because nobody to tune to the channel.

It was standard enough for me. Clean white sheets. Clean bathroom. Good value for money. (With breakfast)

There should be better communication with the Booking app and the hotel. The price tends to change on arrival. Than that on the app after booking. But after some dialogue, they get to see your proper booking. And everything gets settled. (The hotel itself is good).

Booking.com confirmation had breakfast included but the property insisted that it was not part of the instructions given to them. Though I didn't believe which I expressed to them but I let go. I got a very good discount from booking.com hence my rate was low and this is probably why they refused me breakfast. The property and location is fine.

The breakfast served was great value for money. The internet service was also very good and reliable.

There seemed to be an issue between the rate offered online and what was eventaully paid.

The mattress on the bed was on the firm side which I liked considering my partner's back concerns. Proximity to the event place we came from.

I only stayed for less than 12 hours so my minimal experience would not qualify.

The only issue is the small entrance to the hotel. The breakfast also needs to have varieties like cereals

Too much noise from the event center by the hotel. The band played all day and all night and I couldn't sleep.
