Very nice, spacious and clean room for a low price. Located in Garapan, so lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It's all on first floor in an urban area, so no views out the window. Some of the furniture looks a bit consumed, which gives it kind of dirty appearance (like the couch or the WiFi instructions).

Owner was so kind, and the room was so clean. The best thing about the hotel was that it is located in the centermost of the Garapan, which is a central city in Saipan. Staying there, you can get to nearby shop (I love Saipan, Joeten stores etc) or restaurants, historical sites (Sugar king park, museum), and beach (micro beach) only by walk.

The location was good and the host papa was very kind, neat and perfect house. Take care of the towels and water you need every day. Huge room with comfy bed! The location is great, right in front of the Galleria. The staff was really nice, and the place was super clean.

Super clean rooms and a very helpful staff inspire of the language barrier. The price is the best for this central location. We love being one block from the beach and beach walking every morning at sunrise.

The parking is a bit problematic at times.
