When we arrived, we were told that there are two sides in the hotel, older and newer and the receptionist gave us an upgrade to the newer side, which was very nice of them! They even asked if we wanted twin or double room and with a bath tub or shower! As booking from Booking.com, I didn't realise the two sides of the hotel and you could see the difference in the corridors. The room was clean and spacious with a big window and nice size bathroom (we chose the bathtub, which was super nice!). The view could have been better, but we had small view towards the city, otherwise it was the street next to the hotel. Room had basic hotel room amenities and we were happy with them. Nice bed, but should have asked for another extra pillow. The hotel is situated next to a shopping center and the parking is in there too, which is very convenient. Everything we needed was small walking distance away. Could have walked also to the Narvik Gondoli, but we had bad weather and decided to skip it. The best part of the hotel was the Linken restaurant on the hotels 7th floor. It was so good that we dined there 2 nights in a row. The service was very friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing! Also the view to the city is very nice from up there. We had very good time both of the evenings over there and definitely did not leave hungry!

The pillows were not in the best condition, but there was an extra pillow in the room that we used and probably should have requested a another one too, but did not so that is on us. Otherwise all was good!

Excellent location, with good connection to public transport incl. airport bus services. Many businesses, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent quality and variety of food offered for breakfast, and lots of convenient space, also ideal for meeting with colleagues before the day starts off. All this makes the hotel one of the places to consider when planning business travel.

Tried free wifi but poor signal quality and frequent disconnection made me resort to my own mobile internet for activities where connection reliability matters. The shower curtain is of a flawed design that makes it more or less impossible to take a shower without splashing the floor of the entire bath full of water.

Very close to the train station and museums. The breakfast is amazing, so many options and very well prepared. If you pay a small amount, they give you a container that you can fill with whatever you want from the breakfast buffet so you can eat it later. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests have access to a great 24/7 gym one block away. Bonus: this hotel is kind of a historical place, as it was used by the Germans during the war.

It was close to all the local attractions, the bathroom was spacious enough for me and the heated tiles were a bonus, the mini fridge in the room kept my drinks chilled, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the variety of it was amazing.

None that I could think of.

The receptionist allowed me to park my motorbike directly outside the entrance of the hotel in an area marked ‘no parking‘ which saved me the cost of the public car park next door. So I upgraded my room from the old part of the hotel to the new part and had a very comfortable nights sleep.

Nice, the restaurant is also nice considering most of things are closed late. Even if is expensive, it is a good option. Kinda fast food with high prices, but tasty. Breakfast was very good.

The room was a bit too hot and the window opens very little. There is no easy parking around. I used the mall next to it for parking, but then there was some issues with the app on exiting and you might get charged via letter weeks after leaving. So be aware, download and activate the app before entering the parking or park in the street and pay via Easypark.

Convenient for the station and the town, museum etc. Very helpful reception staff - thank you Chrissy and Cecilie for helping us check our travel arrangements and going beyond the call of duty to help us. Good breakfast (though ran out of croissants early). Top floor bar was open till 1am and high enough to see the midnight sun, even at 1am. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very modern and beautiful, the rooms have a nice view, are big and the beds are very comfy! But the best was the breakfast, so good and complete, lots of options! Also, the rooftop bar next to the hotel was a great place.

The only thing is that there is no parking, but this wasn't an issue

We stayed for one night and booked a double room. Unfortunately it was quite a hot day so the room was really hot. We were told that the newer rooms had climate control however ours didn’t.

The room was pleasant and spacious and within easy walking distance of the station, the museums, and the mountain. The top floor restaurant has spectacular views.

Although the food in the Linken restaurant was excellent, there were limited vegetarian options.
