Location & the View: Amazing location, overlooking the fjords. Bedroom were fairly spacious, the balconies had a beautiful view. The overall property was scenic, you could just walk by the water. Staff: The staff were super helpful and friendly. Value for Money: Great value for money (for the price)

Food could be better. Breakfast was basic.

We really liked the style of this hotel, it's quite unique. It was different to anywhere else we stayed. We had a warm greeting from Janne who looked after us. A great evening meal and attentive service. Amazing location and really quiet.

No shampoo or shower gel provided so go prepared. Luckily we had our own.

Unique architecture ~ rustic wood beams, old wood-burning fireplaces and stoves. Comfy lounge ~ our room looked out at the fjord with ships sailing by. The hosts and chef really made an extra effort to accommodate us ☺️☕

It would have been nice to be here in tourist season ~ more lively!

Unique hotel, directly on the fjord with amazing views, very quiet location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is a varied, normal hotel buffet. I don't understand the bad reviews.

I used it just for sleeping, as there was a happening nearby. It makes no sense to give a proper review, as I did not use any hotel facilities and did not pay too much attention on the hotel or my room. What I noticed is that this is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location

The hotel borders directly onto the fjord - it's a wonderful location. The design of the hotel is unique and quirky and has a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was very good. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Just fantastic place to stay 👍 Breathtaking view over fjord surrounded by mountains, green grass everywhere - even on the roof, unusual architecture and very good restaurant here. Not so big choice, but quite big portions and everything very tastfull. Breakfast simple and good - you just get everything you need to start your morning ( homemade warm bread, egg, cheese,... orange juice and good coffee).

When you arrive in this venue you are transported in the time, the venue fabricated in wood and with more than 1.000 different sized windows offers a great service and good quality of dishes. Rooms are grateful designed, conformable. The location of the hotel is first line fjord, so you enjoy a great picture of the midnight sun, surrounded by nature. Attention and love to detail is the brand of the venue.

The property is beautiful, it feels like being in the Hobbit’s country! The location is absolutely fantastic, on the fjord’s shore, so quiet and charming. We had a lovely dinner, enjoyed a beautiful sunset, even had a bunny visiting in the front yard!

This is a unique hotel, packed with character evident from the moment you see the turf roofs. A beautiful location right beside the fjord, set in a charming countryside location.
