Excellent location by the ocean. Great room (Superior with Sea view). Breakfast had limited options, but maybe it is because of Ramadan and that there was not many people staying. We went for this vacation with our 1 year old baby, the hotel provided a good quality solid wood baby cot with good bedding and mattress. Bed in the room is very comfortable, the room had a bathtub and shower cabin. Overall, great place to chill with family and kids. No noise.

The breakfast buffet is too expensive provided the very limited menu options. There was no fresh porridge which our baby eats in the morning. The sausages were not very tasty. Omlet was ok. However, the cheese, the only kind I tried, was very good.

Very Clean , friendly staff , specially Mr. Zikrul in main restaurant very good man with excellent service And Mr. Busuni pastry chef he made my wife birthday cake was so delicious and Mr. Pradeep he is the special chef for making ur delicious egg every morning he have very special smile and perfect attitude. I love all the staff in food and beverage and room service and lifeguards , my respect to the HR MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER for managing this property in proper way . Inshallah we will be back soon

They allowed one day use for schools , kids playing in the water park and pool and they are so noisy.

The hotel premises were clean and tidy. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. Quick response from house keeping staff whenever we needed anything. The kids enjoyed the slides and pool very much. Special shout out to the lifeguards who were very sweet especially Mr. Ali. The superior rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

The kids slide pool and the pool next to it were not heated, so the water was freezing cold. The steam room was not functional.

Big comfy rooms, nice and clean, nice decoration and colors. Sea view is available for those who love the sea.

I stayed in a room connected to another by a door in the middle. The noise easily passed through, making it feel like there was no barrier at all. I could clearly hear conversations from the other room, and it can get quite noisy, especially with kids next door. Getting from the car park to the lobby involves walking uphill. After checking in, it took at least 5 minutes to reach the room, as the hotel is large and not straightforward in its layout, requiring navigation through several corridors. When leaving the next day, we got lost trying to find the exit on the ground floor. We later realized the exit is on higher levels, as the hotel is built on a slight hill.

The experience was wonderful especially with the water games where the kids had a lot of fun. We also liked the anniversary cake which made our celebration more special . The room was clean but the sizes of the twin beds were abit smaller to what expected . The staff were helpful and ready to assist . Special thank you for Mr. Sultan at the reception and Mr.Ishaq in the Zafran restaurant . The buffet was nice and have nice varieties of food.

The water games and the gym

Loved the property, very well maintained . Kids were happy to play in the water slides, play area. The premises are very safe which gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was very good. The staff was kind, courteous and very helpful. We loved our room, spacious beach facing. Access to the beach was a plus point.

We had visited the hotel from Dec 29th till 1st of Jan. I wish the swimming pools were heated, especially the kids pool and the water slide pool. The water was very cold.

Location, food, lobby, meeting rooms and friendly staff

I book one room for me and my wife however there was few things I did not like it; first gave to me 1 room entry card and when I reached to the room I found the card is not activated, I found in the room only one tooth brush, one in-room chose (slipper)and no hairdryer, I also found the bathroom curtain is not working and the water kettle is not cleaned. last but it could be not related to Hotel business; the hotel beach is very dirty after late heavy raining which I believe one work is enough to clean. I believe such excellent infrastructure hotel should take care of such small things

- Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. - Large looby and entrance area with welcoming coffee and juices. - Nice swimming pools, for kids and adults. - Very quiet for relaxing. - Beach front. - Very nice staff and caring for guests. - Sufficient parking with shade.

- Beach is not private. - Toilet door handle was making noise and stuck when opening.

The check in experience, the room and the view from the room were very nice. We had a sea view room which was very nice. The staff is very well groomed and takes good care of the guests. The swimming pool is very good. They have some water slides which the adults as well as the kids enjoyed a lot.

The food was not up to the mark. We had the dinner as well as the breakfast in the hotel. The variety was very limited in the dinner and even the taste wasn't good. The breakfast was better. However, the choices for vegetarians were limited. There is no Valet parking in the hotel.

We had an excellent stay! Right from the rooms to the service, everything was amazing! We stayed for the weekend. They even gave us a couple of complimentary cakes for my wife's b'day. Shout out to Zavi at the main desk, Hussain and Ratan in the house keeping, Zikrul, Riya and Poonam in the restaurant, for going above and beyond with their exceptional service. Buffet spread was fantastic with lots of varieties. Water park is also very well managed. ❤️
