I am moving on Wheelchair because of I am heart patient so very difficult for me go to bathroom with Wheelchair because the doors are not suitable for special person I request to The general manager and owner of the hotel kindly some rooms bathroom doors big for the special person, thank you very much

It was in a central area close to shops etc. The buffet breakfast and restaurant were good…we mentioned to the restaurant manager that we liked a certain dish we had previously and it was served the next morning. The staff were helpful and pleasant…I think I’ve forgotten how to open a door 😊

There was nothing negative

Location is very good, right next door to Safa Gold Mall and several shops and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, well equipped, but quite old. All staff menbers were kind and helpful

The hotel is quite old, all furniture, curtains are quite old and worn out.

The entrance lobby was very impressive. Staff is very friendly and professional. Customer service is next level. Breakfast brunch was excellent

No balcony in the room . The approach to the Hotel from the main road is shabby, needs to be improved. Washroom needs upgrading.

Staff and facilities were good.

Parking. Parking wasn’t good hotel must have separate parking then public or there should be valet services, that was most unpleasant thing while stay.

Breakfast was perfect with a lot of variety. The room was clean and the hotel was very well-secured. Location is perfect and very central.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Islamabad which makes it one of the best places for staying.

The room's furniture is quite old and needs changing.

Breakfast was ok. location is superb as it gives you access to the main market area with food and shopping. nearby to all famous places one can visit.

Most of all , I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The staff at reception, the restaurant and housekeeping were very polite. Its location is very good.
