The hotel has undergone significant refurbishment since it visited it many years ago as the holiday inn. The hotel is significantly cheaper than the international chain hotels in Islamabad - thereby offering excellent value for money, while slightly quirky there are tremendous upsides: rooms are large and comfortable, staff are exceptionally polite - and were outstanding while our stay was involuntarily extended during the closure of airspace the last few days. The food was generally good not surprisingly the local dishes and rooftop bbbq were the standouts. What were really stood out was having an early morning check in with no issues, late check out, and complete flexibility given the flight uncertainty.

The gym definitely needs a refurb, but weights are good, and running machines do the job, the breakie was a bit limited however, it was fine considering the price.

The environment is peaceful. Staff is highly professional and well-behaved.

1. The air conditioning system is not well .. cooling system should be enhanced as per the weather requirements. 2. It feels like rooms were closed for so many days, and after a long time, it is cleaned, so the room has a dusty odour , and it is causing sneezing all over the stay. Otherwise, the room was cleaned very well . Just dust in the air was problematic for allergic patients. 4. Fruits were not fresh, Banana was rotten, and Watermelon was unripe. 5. The tissue box is not placed in the room it should also be in the room. 6. WiFi/network was not working most of the time.

Stay was very comfortable.buffet breakfast with large variety of food. Staff was very professional and cooperative. * rooms are renovated,neat and clean. * buffet dinner on roof top is much delicious with good live music. *Reception staff is very professional. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

This property is located in the heart of the city and they recently renovated with very high standards of facilities. Modern walk in shower.

No hot water from 1am to 6am. As they switched off the heater due to lack of guests.

Everything was really good

Hotel staff very helpful. Room was available for early check in and the hotel provide complimentary transfers to the airport. The food in the restaurants was very good - at breakfast while some things were not on the buffet (it was very early) the staff always got what I needed. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a total of 5 nights at the start and end of my trip.

Lots of children staying at the hotel so a bit noisy at times but that was the only negative.

The property was quite centrally located. The stay was comfortable with high quality of service. Food quality was amazing. We would love to visit again.
