The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was very responsive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed right away. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the Tabaq restaurant (inside the hotel) exceeded my expectations with great food and taste. Also, the hotel location is amazing, especially for the tourists as majority of attractions are nearby.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike about the property. However, when I followed up with the hotel after booking, they informed me that the room I initially reserved wasn’t available but they quickly arranged a similar room that met my expectations, so it worked out well in the end.

The staff was very helpful and always ready to support you. Didn't have a chance to have their breakfast but the looks and smell were surely good. Overall, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the room were optimal.

Just two things that I wasn't too keen on: 1. The locks didn't seem too secure, they were common locks and keys that can be found in any home. 2. The toilet had some significant marks which of course wasn't something anyone would be too happy about.

The new Manager Operations Mr. Sibtain and his team were the standout. They were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The hotel location is also good and overall the hotel is very clean. The rooms are also larger than other nearby hotels. The Margalla-facing rooms also have an amazing view.

I would suggest that the room should have warm lights rather than white lights.

It was a really good stay. Breakfast includes traditional and international food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the entrance to the room service was great.

Rooms needed proper lightings. The standard of the lights was pathetic as if you are living in 18th century home.
