I stayed at this property for a week, and had an amazing stay. It’s situated on a quiet street away from the noise but close to pretty much everything. Rooms and facilities were clean and well taken care of. All the gentlemen working there were excellent and very helpful who went above and beyond to assist me with everything that I requested. I would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in the surrounding area. To all the staff working there that I encountered, Your kind gesture and all the help that you provided during my tough time was well appreciated which I will always remember and cherish. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Reina Hotel as a family of five, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very decent and offers excellent value for money. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. We had a special request to have breakfast served at 5:30 in the morning, and it was delivered right on time, which was impressive. Additionally, parking was available, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Reina Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Me and my husband we had an amazing stay here, we booked it for 3 nights and we added 2 more just because we were feeling cozy here The staff were so nice, all of them, so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will def book it again if we come back again to Islamabad ♥ The room was clean and teddy I love that the TV had some channels in english It was cold outside so we are glad that the hot water was working nicely Thank you Reina family for the stay ☺ Ps : we loved the chai 😋

We really liked Reina Boutique Hotel. Room was spacious. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Guarded entrance. Hot showers. Clean. A table with two lounge chairs. Many wardrobes. Helpful staff. Reina Boutique Hotel felt like our home in Islamabad. Highly recommended. Near the Metro Bus to Rawalpindi. Near Melody Market where you can have BBQ for dinner.

This is a Guest House, well situated in a wonderful location, nearby main markets, main roads, shopping area and other things. You can easily access food courts nearby. Very well maintained as well. Rooms were clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Everytime I called, they responded positively. I had an experience of staying in their Murree Apartment as well which was also good. Recommended. Good value for money.

Few mosquitos were there in washroom but spray was provided immediately by the host. A little renovation of washrooms will add more value to the property. However, it was a good experience staying here.

Normal hotel. Located in a private house. Read a lot of negative reviews on Google Maps, but none of them were confirmed in my experience. Location is normal, close to the bus stop. Room was clean, warm, staff super friendly. Breakfast is typically Pakistani: bread, omelette and coffee. For a short stay of one or two nights the place is great for its money.

The place was really clean and well organized. The staff was very cooperative as well. Rooms were clean and comfy. The room service was also very good. I was on a short visit but I wish I could have stayed longer. Props to the management.

Reina boutique hotel was one of my best experiences at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Especially one of the staff members Amir there was very helpful and cooperative pe he knows how to satisfy and accommodate his clients.

Everything was good.

The staff at this hotel did way more than they had to for us. Easy check-in, helped us upgrade our room seamlessly. The most memorable thing about the stay here was the service standard of the staff. Bed was comfy. Washroom was clean. Air conditioner, tv, fridge, etc. were all working in good condition. WiFi was good too. Location is 5 star!

Only thing they need to further excel is to give more attention to making the curtains and bed-throw spotless.
