Good hotel, decent location - though further away and not walking distance to the main busier part of the city. Good size room. Modern accommodation and amenities. Customer service was also fairly alright.

Due to the lack of public and citizen care, the hotel was hard to reach to due to blockades imposed by the pathetic and incompetent local government of PMLN and General Asim Munir who absolutely don't give a flying f* about citizens and visitors to the country and city. Containers had blocked the roads. I felt unsafe. There was no clarity on what was happening. Sadly this property falls in the high security area of Islamabad and as long as a pathetic, incompetent and unjust government is in place, anything is possible in Islamabad and you never know if you'll be able to get to your hotel.

Excellent breakfast with egg and paratha freshly made on order. Good variety of food for buffet breakfast. Also had snacks at midday after arrival. Freshly made and very good club sandwich. Rooms are of good size and very comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom with all amenities. Location very close to offices but no other restaurant within 1km. Since the hotel is at the end of the lane, not easy to get cab. Very friendly staff of reception and restaurant and I was given a complimentary upgrade to executive room upon arrival And so overall a very good experience and very good value for money.I will love to stay again.

Everything was good as per expectations from a 4 star hotel

BREAKFAST AND EVERYTHING THAT I ORDERED TO MY ROOM WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND STYLISH. WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT! PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE. SECURITY WAS EXCELLENT, THERE WERE ALWAYS A COUPLE OF THEM STANDONG THERE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE GATE EVEN WHEN I WOULD DRIVE BACK AT 3AM THEY WOULD STILL BE WIDE AWAKE AND VIGILANT.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

Staff Behavior was excellent from reception to housekeeping, booking staff, guards and restaurant staff too. Overall I appreciate it's human talent. They perform their job duties not only with their hands but also with their heart. Restaurant food quality was also good. Felt safe, and enjoyed comfortable room facilities. Location is super safe.

The thing I liked the most was the customer service the moment I checked in Mr. Ali at the check in gave me a free room upgrade. And as a complementary service he added breakfast and a mattress for my child free of charge. I stayed one night but ended up extending my stay for another night. It was super super clean and all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations big time.

The property needs to focus on maintenance in order to ensure that small small things such as seepage on the external side of the building don't get worse and start affecting the inside structure of the building because of the high amount of rain.

The staff was exceptionally courteous. The hotel is very clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of parking in basement if you are worried about your car in this heat. Rooms and washrooms are clean, comfortable and spacious.

One elevator was misbehaving a little for unknown reason and the shower at my washroom had a little problem that they later fixed

Breakfast was great, multiple meals and all very tasty and delicious….. And the location is very well reachable for every visitor to visit the city.

The colour of bedsheets and blankets are white which are sometimes not clean usually so they should be perfectly clean always.

The best experience so far i have exeperienced in economical prices, staff is discrete, noone bothers you, every promised facility is available, cleanliness is 100%. Food is great no need to leave the hotel for anything .

Best hotel at this price point. The facilities are excellent and the vibe is great . The bed is extremely comfortable.Food is outstanding. Staff are exceptionally polite. However the only area for improvement is the limited breakfast option. Coffee was also missing
