Our stay at Roomy Hotel in Islamabad was absolutely exceptional. Visiting Islamabad for the first time from Dubai, we were immediately made to feel at home by the warm welcome from Mahnoor, a staff member who truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. She personally checked us in, showed us to our room, and addressed all our needs with genuine care and professionalism. The hotel’s dining options were a highlight of our trip. Their in-house restaurant, Skylight, offered a range of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. From sandwiches and nuggets to a flavorful chicken biryani, everything we tried was simply outstanding. Additionally, their Canopy restaurant was an unforgettable culinary experience, offering a perfect mix of ambiance and taste. Islamabad itself is a serene and peaceful city—a welcome escape for those accustomed to the fast-paced city life. Roomy enhanced our experience by arranging a car and driver for us, allowing us to explore the city’s beautiful sights with ease. While we loved discovering Islamabad, it was always comforting to return to the warm and inviting environment of Roomy, which truly felt like a home away from home. Roomy Hotel exceeded all expectations, offering outstanding hospitality, excellent food, and impeccable service. After checking out of Roomy, we decided to try another establishment, but within just 3-4 hours of checking in, we knew we had made a mistake. Missing the comfort and warmth of Roomy, we immediately checked out and returned—and it was the best decision we made. We extended our stay for another 3 days, and once again, Roomy exceeded all expectations. Mahnoor was genuinely happy to welcome us back and made our return even more special by offering a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fantastic view. She also accommodated us with an early check-in and a late checkout at 3 p.m. to align with our flight schedule. Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched—she truly is the heart of Roomy and ensures everything is handled perfectly. Roomy Hotel in Islamabad is more than just a place to stay; it’s a home away from home. Thank you, Mahnoor, for taking such excellent care of us, and thank you, Roomy, for being such a wonderful and memorable part of our Islamabad experience.

Amazing stay! The staff was extremely courteous. In fact, I arrived 2 hours earlier than the check-in time. They accommodated me ASAP and upgraded my room as well. Extremely clean rooms with all amenities. Value for money, without compromising on quality. The ground floor had amazing restaurants, and everything was nearby. Housekeeping came on a daily basis to check if I needed anything, and the floor supervisor was always around. I don't think there would be any other place available at such a price.

The only thing I missed was a smart TV with either a working netflix or Chrome cast, although it's not something big, but that's all that was missing. Hopefully, it'll be upgraded on my next stay.

I recently stayed at Roomy Signature Hotel in Islamabad with my wife for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—fast, efficient, and always with a smile. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Mahnoor, the Guest Relation Officer, and Mr. Masad at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth stood out. Having stayed at some of the top hotels in Pakistan, including PC Karachi, Avari Tower, Luxus Grand in Lahore, Serena in Quetta, and Best Western in Islamabad, I can confidently say that Roomy Signature holds its own among the best. It’s affordable, yet it delivers an experience that rivals even the most renowned names. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. It’s a solid 5-star experience from us. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Islamabad!

The location is very convenient. I often stay here because of that only. The staff was helpful and cooperative. Our check-in was delayed because of flight delays and the weather. I messaged them to cancel the booking and for a refund (which they said wasn't possible but gave me a year's credit, which works just fine for me), and then messaged them to hold the room, which they did.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. Perhaps the management needs to work on that. (Feedback given many a times before) Secondly, the payment method through Booking.com should be easier. I got a message saying that I had to make the payment within 30 minutes to secure the booking, through the hotel website (which didn't work; required a sing in) or via bank transfer (which worked).

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. They made you feel welcomed. Cleaning staff Ms. Madiha and Mr. Atif were always there. Reception desk staff was amazing and always there to assist you. The best part is the location. It is located near to almost everything with multiple eatries right next to it. Breakfast was good and the welcome drinks were a cherry on the top.

There is always some room for improvements. First I recommend the hotel to do regular maintenance especially for the toulet and beds. Beds were comfortable but squeaky. I also recommend the hotel to invest in soundproofing the windows as the hotel is in a bustling neighbourhood and there is lot of activity till late night, and the noise sometimes gets too much.

Roomy Signature exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's stylish decor, combined with its prime location, made for a perfect stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort specially Manager Waleed,Uzair & Mahnoor. The room was spotless, with a plush bed and top-notch amenities. I loved the creative touches, like the signature welcome gift and the personalized note. But what truly impressed me was the hotel's commitment to quality and service. From the delicious breakfast to the seamless check-out process, every detail was thoughtfully considered.I can't wait to return!

Location is excellent, rooms are very comfortable and large and have great natural light. The staff is very courteous and the hotel is happening with a coffee shop, plenty of dining shopping and snack options within the premises.

Netflix and YouTube was blocked on the smart TV- which doesn't make sense considering the price point of this hotel plus the fact that it's 2024. The hotel wants feedback and that's great but they asked for feedback to the point that it was significantly annoying and felt an invasion of space. In my 24 hour stay I got two voice calls, 3 WhatsApps and 1 email.
