The location is superb as its very close to the Faisal Masjid and Damne Koh. Being adjacent to Cebtaurus Mall helps as you can literally walk to it. The reception staff were friendly. The rooms were spotless and provided all the amenities needed.

A lift calling out wrong floor numbers. Had to ask the staff at breakfast 3 times to bring some tea. Some training is needed in that department. Or better still, just put a tea station along the buffet as people serve themselves anyway. I'm sure they can pour their own tea too and not have to ask or wait about for a cuppa.

The property is very modern and clean more than i expected. Staff were nice too especially the restaurant staff Mr Amjad from 21st floor restaurant who served us on our last night dinner in Islamabad. We ended our trip with a great food and place. The hotel vibes are great.

The only thing i didn’t like is when we arrived during our check in , no one help us to get our bags but we think its a self service. They have taken care of it only after they scanned and delivered into our room but it took time. Last thing i felt bad, is that i requested for 4 bottle of water because i was not feeling well and dehydrated from our trip in Skardu but the operator says they can only provide 2 bottle of water even I requested if possible. Therefore i have to buy extra from outside.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near all the key attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, the setting makes it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was exceptional. What really made my stay special were the people—especially Asiya Saeed. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on me. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was extraordinary from the airport pickup to our stay. We were warmly welcomed and received excellent service throughout our journey. The room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was truly exceptional. I want to express my gratitude to Abdur Rehman at the reception. The power outlets at both sides of the bed werent working.

the price i paid was 100000 per night before booking.com after using booking.com the price went as low as 43600 it was absolutely amazing the experience the point that i just had to tell them my name and the tell them i did it from booking.com and all was settled till i left the place 3 days later it was abolutely beyond what words can describe

nothing except that they didnt let me see the helipad but makes sense cuz i dont have a helicopter and the wind speeds are alot so it was due to the dangers in short it was for my own security

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. She ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless and went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Her professionalism and dedication truly reflect the high standards of the hotel.

It was a late check in and my booking landed after 1.5 hours and i got room. I think hotel needs to value there bookings, if i have the confirmation from booking.com they should right away give us the room. But the staff at front desk were cooperative and tried their best to accommodate me and the guest relation department was also cooperative specially Asiya guided the staff and upgraded me…. Stay for a whole week and was an amazing experiences.

Everything was spotless and beautiful

The price of water bottles cost around £8 (750ml), I think this is a rip off and the hotel needs to revise this. During breakfast time the lights kept going off, which killed the breakfast mood

No smoking rooms, regardless of mentioning a smoking room. There is a cigar lounge but you can't smoke cigarettes. You have to go out each time to have a smoke. Should have a bench or something if outside atleast. Not something I would whine about but definitely something that made me a bit agitated.
