We had a very short stay in the hotel, yet we really liked its location, spacious room as well as very helpful and polite staff. Oh, and we really enjoyed the dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

Actually everything was really good, the only thing was rather a weird offer of the massage service at... midnight. We didn't try it out, so we can't share any photos ;)

Staff was very helpful at any time during our stay. Even on odd times we would Still be able to receive help and service, that made a big difference for our stay. Food was tasty and fresh.

The lack of water in the bathroom during electricity time off

The service was amazing, they did everything to help assist with anything we needed. Nasir bhai who works there was so sweet as well as all the other staff. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended and I will definitely be booking again when I come back to Sialkot. Absolutely fantastic hosts and service.

Slight problem with water as it takes a while to heat up but nothing that can’t be fixed. Just need to run the water for a while before using it. It is Pakistan though, what do you expect. Still an amazing hotel and I would book it again in a heartbeat. Very secure and felt safe here as I was with my mum. Security outside so didn’t feel alone.

The staff was good except for the gate guards, guards were too rude and the behaviour was pathetic even though we checked in and they asked for my and my wife's i.d cards each time we visited out of the hotel. We told the guard we already checked in and deposited our documents but he showed his rude and pathetic behaviour. That was an embarrassment for such a hotel! The guard's name was yahya!

I booked online on Booking.com with a 20% off offer. But once at the hotel, i ve been charged 100% not 80% as it was mentionned on booking.com Shower Gel, Shampoo was missing in the bathrooms, and only one dental kit. Hotel is not easily accessible by car

The staff is very nice and welcoming. They are super respectful, and I felt safe as a woman travelling alone.

The interior is a little old fashion

The overall ambiance was good. Car parking was available in the basement. the staff was helpful.

The location was very bad. Construction going on around the Hotel. It was hard to find the entrance of the Hotel. AC was not performing normal. It filter was totally blocked. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working, hence smelly.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was it impeccably clean, but the food was also delicious. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the attentive and helpful housekeeping staff. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. It's rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, great food, and helpful staff, Specially Mr. Farhan was great host. making this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting.

the bed size and the mattress were very comfortable, as well the toilet size

some little issue with elevator and heater but solved immediately by the staff.
