The meals were abundant - fresh - assorted and completely delicious. The price we paid for all inclusive with walk out to beach view was unheard of. Little over per person per night. They were extremely accommodating. Great place for families and still had enough flavor for singles and your adults. The energy was nonstop.

I am from Jamaica . So the only thing I did not personally like was the sea. It was not clear or blue like I am used to and very rough at time. So I opted for the pool which was very very clean and relaxing. The black sand was mysterious but amazing. I loved it.

We had a great 1 day stay at this resort. We arrived at 12h30 and immediately were invited to check-in (no queues), we were told room access could only be given at 15h, but we could start using the resort facilities, including lunch. The pools are great and our daughter loved the tobogan ones (only for children taller than 110cm). The food was always great and during the afternoon there was a taco bar which was amazing. Drinks available everywhere. Beach access right after the big pool. Lots of lifeguards and care for the children's safety. Night show for children and kids club with very nice ladies playing with them.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. Food was so much good than the last time we visited. I think they made a great change with the chef. The service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I think they need to make some restaurations in the Village and water slides.

They need to have activities in English as well. The room was missing some of the items that was stated. No microwave, no ironing facilities, no suite, no electrical point near bed. You have to walk too far to the buffet area.

This resort would be particularly great for families. There's a pool with some good sized slides and another large pool with a swim up bar near the beach. The buffet was very good with a nice selection of food. They have a snack bar running during the hours the buffet is closed with burgers and nachos. The staff were very efficient and there was lots of them.

Our accomodations were in the Town Center tower instead of the resort so it was a bit of a walk to the pools, beach and buffet.

Very family friendly and slides for the kids. Close to the beach. The buffets are simple and were decent for the price we paid (eggs, bread, fruit and juices). They had snacks when it wasn't meal hours (nachos, fruit). And unlimited drinks and beer..no wine though. The staff was also super responsive on WhatsApp to any inquiries we sent.

The pictures are definitely dated and probably taken when they first opened but it did the job. We mainly used the rooms to sleep in and keep our stuff in and hung out outside by the pool and beach all day. The rooms on the top floor are definitely hotter throughout the day and the ac never got cool, just barely not too hot.

Facilities and staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble for them. So friendly, helpful and attentive. There was something for everyone, quiet beach, kids pool with 3 flumes, adult pool with bar, activity pool for games with music. Food choices were excellent and well cooked, something for everyone's taste.

Checking in and out: we got to the property about 4pm, so check in had been open for an hour already but the queue was 25 people deep, which was around a 40 minute wait (admittedly on a Friday, busy with weekend getaways). Check out is at noon: again massive queue, double the size of check in but luckily moved quicker and again took around 45 minutes. Lesson learned: check in much later and check out much earlier 🙂

Our stay was incredible and remarkable. The staff was very helpful, the food amazing, the room perfect. Very cool activities...everything you need to be comfortable and at ease...you feel like a King I would come back...clearly Yes...completely recommended, a gem in Panama

With someone with no spanish skills it was very hard for me to figure out when activities were happening and where. Meal items should have been in spanish and english, had no idea what some of the dishes were.
