Helpful personnel, easy process of check-in / check-out, two Asuncion's nicest shopping malls just at the doorstep, just right temperature in building, nice view.

Some impracticalities and bad ergonomics in bathroom. For example, just one fixed shower head, toiled bowl too small for tall person, toilet roll holder too close to the knee, no holders for soap around the sink... Doors are slamming pretty hard - makes noise.

The location is great, walking distance to great dining, shops, and offices if you travel for business. Price is unbeatable, and the room is nice and modern (though on the smaller side). The staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is good. Definitely great value for money.

Asuncion is really hot and the hotel does not have a pool, if they had one this would be one of the best options. It also does not have a gym, with the room on the smaller side, if you travel for business you might want to have activities instead of hanging out in the hotel.

The location of this hotel was great! Two big malls within short walking distance, and a great selection of restaurants. The area seemed pretty safe. Breakfast offered a lot and was good. The front desk was helpful.

I was a part of a business group and had made arrangements ahead of time for each person to pay for their own room. However, upon checking out, the front desk went ahead and charged my card for every room and was not willing to change it.

I like that despite the employees first language is spanish, they always try to talk english and make you feel at home. A very big applaud for all of them

I am a bacon lover. For the almost 7 days that we stayed at Ibis Asuncion, only 1 day there was bacon for breakfast. I felt very disappointed in that

Quick check in e chek out. Room with comfortable bed, very good shower and very good breakfast. The swimming pool with beautiful views and a good gym. Excellent service.

The parking lot is dark, dirty and the exit to the street scrapes the car.

We often choose this hotel for its accessibility and value of money spent. Minor issues this time around. Had to replace key twice on check in. And a/c didn’t cool the room.

Breakfast on weekdays start at 6:30am. Countless times I’ve noticed guests waiting as early as 6:00am to get their hot breakfast before going about with their day.

They could have used stickers describing the food items offered during breakfast.

I did not like the idea of not supplying with complementarey water bottles and tea at the room.

I liked the treatment I received from the staff. I don't speak Spanish, and the staff went out of their way to find someone who could understand my questions.

The concierge service was not always staffed.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with fresh linen and towels. One of few hotels visited that don't replace towels where guests feel it is not necessary. Breakfast varied. Comfortable lobby. Easy access to public transport, 20 minutes from the centre. Nearby shopping centres offer good options for dining.

Fruit at breakfast was sometimes a bit lacking. We left very early and requested well in advance a breakfast to go, however it was just coffee a box of sweet biscuits and cakes and not worth the money paid; something better could have been prepared
