The antique decor and history of the building was fascinating. The staff were very helpful and the complementary breakfast was amazing. We felt like we had gone back in time and were the main character in a movie! It is a must if you are in Asuncion!

Construction noise in the street during the day, party street noise at night. Not noticeable from our room thankfully but may be a nuisance for other guests.

A really charming hotel in a great neighbourhood of Asuncion. The rooms are huge, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the building itself is really interesting and beautifully decorated, with great facilities. Although on the map it looks a little way from the 'centre' of Asuncion, for anyone who doesn't know the city, it's in an up and coming neighbourhood with nice restaurants and cafes. A great place to stay, and really exceptional value for money.

Room smells wonderful and super clean , staff was wonderful and very helpful and fast in communication , all staff was friendly, the hotel is beyond amazing it is like living in fairy tale or museum every part of it was a story to be told I can’t find words to describe the amazing decorations and breakfast was very delicious.

This hotel has a great aesthetic. It is flat out gorgeous! Also the staff are very helpful and most have excellent English. The included breakfast is amazing too. The pool area is one of my favorite places in Paraguay.

I have some mobility issues. I forgot my cane in the USA and so was without it. There are no hand rails to get into the pool or on the steps in the pool area. I had some trouble and would have appreciated hand rails but admittedly if I had my cane, it would not have been an issue.

Staff was very friendly. Ugo went above and beyond to give us tips about the country and the city. Breakfast is also good quality and the beds are very confortable and the rooms very confortable.

We had dinner at the hotel the first evening. The food is not to the hotel standards. It requires a lot of improvement. I wouldnt have dinner there again.

Excellent renovation of a historical building. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast. Very well and tastefully decorated.

The cold water faucet in the men’s bathroom off the lobby didn’t work. The TV remote wasn’t very reactive so it was a bit hard to change channels. The bedroom door wasn’t very reliable when locking from the outside (it had to be slammed very hard otherwise it could be opened again without any effort… no bueno!).

Beautiful hotel ressembling an old textile factory, featuring lots of artifacts from the 18th/19th century. Perfect if you are interested in learning about Paraguayan history. The hotel is located in Villa Morra, which is one of the nice areas with many restaurants and cafes. Also just a 10 minute walk to the state of the art Shopping del Sol and Galeria Shopping Centre.

The hotel has amazing decoration and smells wonderful. The rooms were really nice. Best sleep we have had in months.

The servers at the restaurant seemed to not be very attentive and often messed up the order. Breakfast could be better too as the coffee came cold and it was a lot of food. The wifi could be better too, made it hard to work as it kept dropping.

Great building and comfy rooms. You were able to take your breakfast in the restaurant, pool or even the bedroom. Its in a quitter area of Recoletta.

Check-out at 10AM is too early and unheard of for a for a 5 star hotel. For a hotel that size, the gym did not have enough equipment.

Stunning redevelopment of a former factory, this is a beautifully-designed hotel. The room was very large with a comfortable super-long bed. The location is on an area with plenty of bars and restaurants but the onsite restaurant, set in a gran room, does a fabulous breakfast.
