The apartment was very nice. Great view from the fifth floor. Staff were very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Space around pool is good and nice view from there. Close to supermarket and also many restaurants. An issue with a missing coffee pot was fixed straight away.

The apartment would be better if it had a toaster, chopping board and some condiments such as salt and pepper. The oven is there, but isn’t connected. However there is a microwave. Bathroom is small but space is shower is good.

Nice staff, balcony means you don't have to go somewhere to smoke if you're a smoker, full sized kitchen but few utensils, good quality apartment, great location. Good quality for the price. Staff were very accommodating.

The check in was a bit of hassle. The room provided wasn't what was reserved but the receptionist, Torre, was great and managed to sort things out

WiFi didn't work. I had to use the wifi from a neighbouring room. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom leaked water and I wasn't able to use it.

location is superb, just metres from shopping & eating facilities, 200m from veterinary hospital, staff very helpful, you can even wash your clothes...

Every Saturday night it seems there is a bar with very loud music non stop until early morning. Also, why there is no lamps on the night tables by the bed? It is very weird to have to light up the very bright powerful ceiling lights even when reading or watching TV in bed.

Great location, nice swimming pool and a small gym, very nice and professional staff.

It's all great, only small details could be improved. Would be nice to have a desk for working in the flat, and better located electric sockets. It also seems that the treadmill in the small gym is very popular, often having to wait for it to be free, so installing a second unit could be a good idea.

The receptionist told us the clean staff will be on Friday, but they came on Saturday. On the bathroom there is a safety hazard with the exterior handle of the shower door. There is no instructions of how to open the safe, the sliding door to the bathroom and bedroom is broken.
