It’s a cozy hotel that basically offers everything you would expect. For an additional fee, there is access to a sauna and steam bath, as well as truly excellent massages. The wellness area is truly inviting and perfect for relaxation (access to the sauna and steam bath costs extra!). The breakfast offers a sufficient selection.

Of course, it has a few influences from the South American mentality: sometimes a corner is missing from a cupboard, a door sticks, or the toilet flush is leaking, causing some strange noises. But these are really minor issues, and I’m convinced they would have been fixed if we had asked. During our stay, some guests had a very loud and extensive party in the pool area. I generally don’t mind that, but it was a private gathering and so loud that we were affected by it until the early morning hours. This could have been handled better, but we also didn’t complain. If they had invited us for a beer, we wouldn’t have minded at all. ;)

Apparently I was staying here 3 year ago. Well, breakfast seems better now, but lacks some veggies or salads. Everything else seems the same, good value for the money, good Wi-Fi, not far from the Super6, room is OK for the price, I would recommend for a short stay.

No mosquito nets on windows. No salads for breakfast.

Staff was very attentive and friendly (24hs they are ready to help). The bed, TV, shower, air conditioning were fantastic. The pool and SPA stuff are really great!

Juices in the breakfast, please make them natural.

I had room next breakfast room and every morning there was noise. Noise aircondition and doesnt work properly. In the hotel is massage centrum but i dont know it. No billboard, no information about it.

The Location of the hotel is very convenient to explore many places in Asunción.

The bathroom needs furniture to store guest toiletries. Also the bathroom needs deep cleaning.

The SPA is in great shape and has good amenities.

The rooms are a bit ran down and there was a lack of general cleaning in the common areas.

Very peaceful. Staff are very helpful but can’t speak English.

There was no cleaning for my entire stay. I don’t know if there is a notice if you will like to clean your room for a day. Breakfast is very good.

I liked the service of the hotel staff. Room amenities were also functional.

Small repairs are needed, such as changing a faucet valve, adjusting the air conditioning control, etc. But that didn't make my stay in this hotel room impossible.

AMAZING STAFF and service, they are really helpful. Breakfast is very wide and nice taste. stay here if you are in the capital of Paraguay!! highly recommended.

The location is very close to the Departamento de Identificaciones, the reason why we arrived at the Asuncion, but at the same time is pretty quiet. Good wi-fi and everything, no complaints considering the price we paid with a genius discount.

Breakfast was average. The window in the room was barricaded from the other side by pillows and some stuff, so there was no light in the room in the morning. AC was set to a minimum temperature but still wasn't able to reduce the heat, it probably required some cleaning.
