The owner, Salomón, is extremely organised with an enviable memory and amazing attention to detail. The whole place is extremely well run and is an excellent location from which to explore Asunción. All the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The breakfast is definitely a great option because doesn't seem easy to get a good breakfast in Asunción. I get the feeling Paraguayans just mainline tereré until lunchtime! We are a gay couple and also found this a very inclusive and accommodating place which is not always straightforward in Paraguay. Can't think of a better place to land in Asunción if its your first time. The whole area is very safe and there is a 24 hour reception. Would love to return. Great vibe!

Reception staff very helpful and very friendly. Always making sure if things are right. Cleaning lady very nice and did an awesome job cleaning the room. Property very well safe with an all-around security system. Room has a mini-fridge which is very convenient since it's so hot in Asuncion, it's perfect to keep cold drinks in there waiting for you! Wifi connection very fast and stable.

Thanks to all the staff of the residence for the hospitality! Very convenient location. The hotel is on a busy street, but all the windows overlook the courtyard of the building, you can't hear the road noise. On foot you can reach supermarkets for every taste. Bus stop to the historic center nearby. Taxis are also inexpensive. Lovely courtyard with beautiful trees. And cats, we love them so much! The room is small, but there is enough storage space and there is a desk. The linen is fresh, sometimes the towels are worn out. Breakfast must be ordered in advance, it is brought to the room, paid separately. All equipment in the room worked properly, cleaning was regular.

Since the yard is closed, fresh air did not circulate even with the windows wide open. If using the conditioner is enough for you, this will not be a problem for you.

All the staff are kind. I also think that the facilities in the room are good. I am very satisfied with the fact that I can adjust the water pressure and temperature of the shower. The sheets are changed regularly, so I think it's very clean.

Lovely staff! Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Restaurant next door is delicious. Option to have your room cleaned every day if you want. The courtyard area is lovely!

The room is clean and spacious, next door is a spanish restaurant, where as a guest you'll get discounted dinner. A supermarket and laundry is also located nearby.

How wonderful our staying is! All rooms are spacious with a refrigerator and table. Super clean and…Hot, hot shower(not ‘suicide’ shower system in Paraguay)!!! The owner(Sr. Salomon) and staffs are trustful and very correct for payment following the official rate. It’s accepted by cash or credit cards(no more added fees). The breakfast can be served at additional fee. Our car is around 2m30 height to pass the limits of the parking lot. It’s been a long time for campers to spend quite nights in Paraguay. Thanks for your care with quick replies.

It has a hostel feel about it. A colonial courtyard converted into individual rooms. The rooms are not luxurious, however clean and confortable. Breakfast is brought to you on tray in the morning, which is nice. The family have a good traditional Spanish restaurant next door that worth a visit.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a great weekly rate for two weeks. Safe motorbike parking and general security.

Full service hotel for a great price. Excellent value. Staff is helpful, location is pretty good, and had no issues at all.
