We booked our first night here, then went on a jungle excursion for a few days and they held our bag until we came back. The hotel is spotless, and the staff is fantastic. No central air, but the wall units are STRONG and because of the general humidity and heat, I think they were my favorite part of the stay. There is security at night outside the hotel for peace of mind. Remember not to flush any toilet paper or wipes down the toilet (this is common for all the buildings in Peru)!! They will clog easily. There is a discreet trash right next to the toilet. Highly recommend.

I loved the friendly staff, especially Scott at the front desk. Loved the complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It far exceeded my expectations. The food quality was superb, fresh, and wonderful variety to choose from.

During my time in Iquitos, I had two different stays at your hotel. Both times I was given a room that was undergoing construction right outside my window with men standing right there. Both times I needed to change rooms. I would have appreciated not given those rooms to begin with. It would have been nice if a washcloth was provided instead of just a bath towel, and hand towel. I’m from the US, and one of the rooms I had to change from had a lot of American TV channels to watch. My final room had nothing.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and fresh fruit, small but nice pool on roof and nice area to sunbathe. Excellent location and excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Suitable for families, couples or solo travellers.

The lobby, accommodations, and restaurant (with breakfast included) were clean and neat and the staff were all very helpful and kind. There is no central air but their wall units are STRONG and are lifesavers from the heat and humidity outside.

I stay he regularly. Best hotel in Iquitos. A little expensive for Iquitos. Facilities are excellent and the staff are super friendly.

There's a bar and a pool on the third floor!

It's a little far from now plaza, the armas. But it's only 4 or 5 soles. Which is less than two dollars

Well located, clean, good restaurant (tasty and fair value).

A bit noisy. The windows glass didn´t filter the outside noise, the internal noise also come into the room. Not room service.

The staff is super responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed and wanted at our finger tips.
