I like the fact that there was a swimming pool and i had access to the beach which was used only by guess of the hotels nereby. It was a really peaceful please.

I was leaving at 6:30 am and the receptionist told me there was no system to pay with credit card, I told him why was I not informed about and he said I did not ask about the payments at night, (It was not at night it was in the morning, and it was rude hearing that instead of giving an apologize because I am the customer) this did not make sense to me because i always leave hotels at any time without problems and if something is different then I am always informed. Please ask if they have system to pay with credit card at any time because they won't inform you. Thakfully I transfered the money for the consumption.

Great location right on the beach, in a quiet town, good for relaxing. The air-conditioning worked well and kept us cool at night. The room was comfortable, with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.

Breakfast was exactly the same each morning - fried or scrambled eggs with white buns and butter and jam. We stayed there for more than a week, a little change would have been nice. A lot of dead fish and fish parts wash up on the beach from the fishing boats.

When we arrived they assigned us a room with no view to the pool or the sea. After complaining they gave us a room on the second floor with a partial view of the pool. The pool is medium size. Wifi was gone for a day.

Nice outdoor area and pool right next to the beach, room was clean, staff were friendly, the dogs are very cute.

No vegetarian dinner options in their restaurant, the sun beds could be more comfortable with some more options for shade.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, 100% dedicated!! They helped with everything, cleaned all the time, made great cocktails and took wonderful care of us. We had with their help no worry in the world. And they know a very good driver to take you to and from Talara. The location close to the beach was excellent as well, and you don't really have to worry about coming back at night, we felt very safe in Los Organos.

I don't have anything big to complain about, even when there was something the boys took care of it. So I highly recommend it! What I didn't like were the online comments of other people, that I read about the dog!! Maia is the cutest, tamest dog there is!

Hotel is very beautiful around the pool area with lights, bar and deckchairs. Direct access to the sea via back door. Staff very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was quite basic considering the price paid, some offering of fruits would have been nice.

The view from the room was amazing! We had the double-room with seaview (302) and we could see (and hear!) the beach and the waves lying in bed. The staff in general was really nice, especially Diego made a huge effort to make us feel welcome and help us in every way, thank you Diego! The breakfast and also the restaurant were good, the room and the pool were both clean.

The only thing to note is that the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and sometimes the WiFi failed, but after a restart it worked fine again.

This hotel located on the quiet side of Los Organos, what we loved. You walk up to the beach from the terrace. All the people that working here are simply amazing, superkind! The breakfast is simple but okay. Swimmingpool small but refreshing. Seats outside are very nice. Room is light, clean and spacious. We only found the bed a little to small as we are European and bigger then most Peruvian 😉 We would definitely come back. Loved our time here.

The beds have good matrasses but a little too small for tall European.

-good location, just a step from Órganos main square (it’s easy to take a moto taxi if you prefer) -The beach in front is quiet and “desert” most of the time.

-the breakfast is poor and monotonous (had the exact same thing during the 4 days: 1 egg, 2 breads, coffee and fruit juice) -the cleaning is not good (they don’t use vacuum so the room is very dusty) also, we used the very same linen during our whole stay.

Superior customer service. Went out of the way to meet me at the train station and make sure all my paperwork was ready for my trip to Machu Picchu. Good location, convenient to railroad station and not far from Machu Picchu bus.

Only thing i can think of was could have used some heat in the bathroom.
