Breakfast was magical everyday, I woke up looking forward to the juices and the coffee. The food was fantastic at every meal and the staff was so ON it, it was truly first class. We will be back for sure!

Everything about this hotel is simply great. From the facilities, the beautiful beach, the delicious food, and the activities, to the super professional staff. Do not hesitate, if you're looking for an authentic boutique hotel within a private beach in one of the most beautiful places in Peru, this is the one. Tip: if you are traveling as a couple ask for their rooms in front of the beach. It's a unique experience.

The property itself is brand new and pretty (We were the first guests, ever.) The beach is very pretty and quiet (no one around, literally...no one) The staff working there were very nice and approchable.

All of my dislikes and complaints stem from the fact that we were the 1st guests. Meaning - they were unprepared to receive guests. 1. Food & Service - The reservation includes three meals a day which we were told would change day over day (it did not, but it sounded like they had some trouble with some suppliers) - All the servers were really nice, but it took a long time considering there were no other guests (e.g: ordered a juice and it took 30+mins) 2. Cleanliness - The property itself is new and consequently clean. - The housekeeping staff needs some more training on how to do room cleaning, they missed some key items * Leaving dirty towels, leaving dishes...etc 3. Others - Some operation details still need fine-tuning * Hot water for shower is severly limited (runs out quickly) * Lights for the terrace seems to be fritzing (turns on by itself after i turned it off... multiple times)

I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was such a shame as was the last three days of our honeymoon and we thought this would be the perfect place to relax. However it felt like the hotel had just opened, not been open three plus years. There was a photoshoot going on whilst we were there the whole time and it made us unable to relax. We were the only guests and we were made to feel a bit of a nuisance. We booked this well over six months in advance so I feel this could be timed at a different time. Not to mention some of the 'content' was fake like the use of SUP- that was not something we had access to at all. The restaurant was expensive although it was nice. We were sent an English menu out in advance but the actual menu didn't correlate and was a lot smaller in choice. Also it wasn't well stocked. We didn't drink a lot whilst there and as mentioned we were the only guests they ran out of bottled beer and house white wine. You could also only get wine by the bottle not a glass. Never quite experienced anything like it. Bar prices expensive too. Pool area stunning but a lot of dead bugs. Additionally there were a lot of rules! You weren't allowed to smoke anywhere because they are 'eco' it would be more eco to have a ashtray where cigarettes could be properly disposed of and guests not demonised for smoking. You also weren't allowed to hang out towels outside to dry.

Be careful staying here. Firstly half the hotel is shut down the pool is empty all the main area and restaurant and bars the seats are covered so you cant use any facilities described was really disappointing. They should not advertise these are part of the hotel when its not! Secondly there is absolutely no signal here so felt very vulnerable, i was the only guest in the whole place and it was so awkward, quite and uncomfortable. Please do not book here the hotel is not as advertised. Also when i asked about the pool being closed they told me the sea is the pool and laughed.
