The place was great, and the staff was excellent! They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped us get delivery and gave us utensils and plates. The breakfast was incredible! It was delicious, everything was fresh, and the owner herself (an amazing woman) delivered it! Fantastic.

The couple's bed could have been bigger (Queen, instead of double). I think instructions regarding warm water in the shower are needed. It takes a lot of time to heat, and if you do not know, you believe only cold water is available.

The hotel was pretty, nice gardens and pool area. Tge reception staff were lovely, very friendly and helped us with our bags (there were no lifts and we were upstairs). Reasonable breakfast, good coffee. The location was good for us since it was right next door to the Peru Hop bus pickup. We were able to arrange late checkout for a reasonable price so we could stay in our room until the bus left at 6pm - really helpful since we were able to rest before our overnight bus to Arequipa. Helpful tour office next door where we arranged our flight over the Nazca lines.

Nothing to dislike, everything was as expected.

The location is ideal, situated directly across the road from the Nasca bus terminal and just a five-minute walk from the main bars, restaurants, and shops. Despite its central position, the area is remarkably quiet. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is excellent, and the pool is a wonderful addition, providing a perfect spot to unwind.

The facilities are somewhat dated but remain in very good condition. While the bathrooms appear a bit old, they are comfortable and function well. The only significant drawback—unrelated to the hotel itself—was the roosters crowing early in the morning for several hours, which is likely an issue affecting other accommodations in the area as well.

They offered an excellent breakfast. Hotel Alegria's location is exceptional for those travelling through Peru Hop since it is on the same sidewalk and just a few meters away from Peru Hop's meeting point. They have a nice swimming pool, and the bedroom is large and has excellent bedrooms. They have good lighting in the room. The attendants were courteous.

Their lifter had an obnoxious smell. It seems they had oiled the inside walls with something with an oily smell. The bathroom had no hygienic dush for those who cannot use toilet paper. The door had no good locker.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Swimming pool looked okay for quick dip, breakfast was okay. Next to the hotel is a tour company (owned by hotel owner) - they were amazing and managed to get me a guide for the aqueduct and pyramids with almost zero notice. If I'd known about them beforehand I would booked all my excursions with them. Lovely people too.

Bedroom was a bit basic and noisy, but clean and absolutely fine.

Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful and they have a luggage room where you can leave your bags. They even give you tags for each piece, so there's no confusion. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower worked great. Walls were a little thin, but we had no issue with our neighbors luckily. Breakfast had a good selection of fruit, cereal, eggs, bread, ham, cheese and good coffee. Pool looked very clean and tempting, but we didn't take advantage of it.

Our room had a window that opened on to the elevator doors, so we heard people talking outside while they entered or exited the elevator, but that was a minor issue.

Alegria Hotel is very well located. Right in front of the bus Cruz del Sur station. Get out of the bus, cross the street and you are in the Hotel. Clean hotel, air condition in the room, very nice pool area and good breakfast. We had no time to use the pool, but it was nice and clean. Very friendly staff. There is an elevator, so no need to bring your bags up the stairs. The staff is helping with the bags. There is luggage storage room too. Very happy we booked this hotel away from the noise of the main street, where you can find very decent restaurants and its only 5 min walk from the hotel.

Receptionist helped us book a tour and gave us really good tips during our stay she was fabulous.

The hotel is right next to a chicken farm so you can expect to be awaken by a bunch of roosters at 5am. For about $50/night I was expecting a better breakfast. The guy workin at the breakfast was grumpy and touched our food on our table with his dirty fingers (dude really?!).

It was near the tour guide I was using. It had a nice garden and pool and included breakfast. The staff were lovely and friendly.

My room was very small and was off a hallway which was the only window. So I couldn’t let light in without people looking in. It was quite light with hall lights shining in through the night.

Lovely hotel across the street from the bus station and a couple of blocks from the main plaza. Our room was very clean and quiet - it was at the back of the hotel complex. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rubber mattress protector. This made the bed a little uncomfortable as it was not very flexible with movement and made a squeaky sound with movement. Hotel excellent other than this, not a complaint, just a fact.
