This hotel resort is an old establishment in the busy tourist area of Clark. They have a swimming pool with a large garden and restaurant/ bar where you can relax, swim and even work the whole day. They have a gym. Best to get a room with balcony and view. It is not noisy at night. Wifi works. Most guests are non-Filipino. The rooms are actually clean, relatively new and well-maintained. Walking distance to SM, around 25 min walk. This place is reasonable and not too expensive. There are ATM machines. Staff are courteous and used to speak English.

This hotel will improve a lot if they renovate their lobby and staircase, make it brighter and more professional/ business looking. Best if the entire premise becomes smoke-free. Best to have a good portion of their restaurant to be air-conditioned, since you can also eat outside while swimming.

This resort hotel is an oasis where you can relax in a convenient location for many activities. The facilities are good, especially the swimming pools, and the staff are very focused on their roles and helpful. The Lagoon balcony room was spacious.and clean, as well as being quiet and well equipped. The restaurant provided well cooked home prepared food and good service.

Although the restaurant provided excellent food, It was a bit on the expensive side compared with other hotels we have stayed in.

The location was ideal. My girlfriend and I had a late check-in, and Aling Lorna was very helpful in making the reservation. We were able to check out late at 2:00 pm, and the front desk booked a Grab for us to go to Red Planet. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel because it was very early in the morning. I stayed at Wild Orchid for over a week in January 2020 and was happy to stay there again.

More toiletries would've been appreciated. There was only one small soap upon arrival.

Although you could tell this place has been around for a while, it provided a really pleasant atmosphere. The pools are great and the 24 hour restaurant was a bonus for late arrivals. My room was large and cleaned to perfection. The staff were great, especially Bea and the ladies serving in the restaurant. Obviously this place mainly caters for a certain clientele, but that's cool. Never a problem. Everyone seemed to be having a good time here and I'm sure they have in the many years passed.

The wifi was a bit 'hit and miss' although it was possible to log into different areas of the property to get a slightly better connection. If I was critical, which I'm not, I could have pointed out a few features which looked dated. Buy hey, it's value for money.

The cleaning staff only cleaned the room, But why didn’t clean my patio where faced to pool. When I checked out and about to get in the taxi, but security guard stop me to pay balance of charged without notice which I paid already. Not great communication between work staffs

The food was very good more American than expected. The staff are great. Helpful. And nice. Very comfortable and relaxing place.

The building could use some tlc. The shower really needed a good deep cleaning can barely see through the glass and maintenance is a bit behind on things like loose shower control valve. Over all a nice place. We will probably go back.

The best hotel to say in Angeles......staff and food were amazing. My room maid Treasa was very hard working and honest. I lost a large sum of money and she found it and handed back every penny. Will definitely stay here again.

Another stay at the Wild Orchid Resort and I can't wait to come back. Everyting was excellent. Top notch staff. Everyone is so courteous. Perfect security. Cleaning lady is always willing to help and clean on-demand. I just want to go back :-)

The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a heart warmth smile. The pool was super clean and enjoyable to just relax at. Food was really good and ate at hotel most days because of the quality. Loved my stay here.

No complaints to write.

Restaurant was good despite somewhat unattractive pictures on the menu. Staff is very kind and will bend over backwards for you. Laundry service was good and very inexpensive.

Rooms could use deep cleaning. Stained parts of bathroom, for example, make it appear dirty. There were some bugs but pretty normal for the climate.
