The staff are accommodating, friendly, and courteous. The place is clean and near the terminals, a jeep away from bus station and few steps away from SM. Hands off to all the staff.

The terrace restaurant and breakfast were very good. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly as was the staff. I was impressed by the condition and cleanness of the lobby and my room. My room and the facility are well worth the price. They have both single and queen size beds depending on the room you select. the queen size bedrooms are larger. Almost double the size.

I couldn't adjust the A/C unit for temperature control. But for the price It really wasn't an issue for me. The location of the hotel is in a crowded and seedy area but also is only about an 8 min walk to the SM Mall which is very nice, clean and large. In spite of this I felt quite safe and enjoyed my stay. I will stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Location was excellent, The Staff was extremely helpful and polite and the room was very comfortable. I liked it so much, I decided to enter into a long term month to month contract.

The greeting by the Receptionist on duty was disgraceful, As I checked in, and was answering her questions, She pointed to my Wife and said." Will she be staying with you for the 4 nights, "....I said " Thats my wife , " and she just laughed it off. On arrival in our room my Filipina wife got very upset, and only then did I realise the implication of what your Receptionist said. She implied my Wife was some kind of " Sex worker "......My wife, being a shy woman, pleaded with me to forget it. However I did report it when we checked out.

Location is near SM Clark, the room is spacious as well as the comfort room and it has good lighting. They even provided for a bottled of water, toothbrush and toothpaste. Worth it for a short stay, there is also a grocery store in the ground floor. Breakfast has tons of option.

People talking at night/sounds in the hallway can be heard. That's all.

Liked the accommodation so much. Budget-friendly. Clean. Courteous staff. There's also a 24 hours supermarket at the bldg's ground floor and a rooftop restaurant and bar. A lot of nearby shops and food stops in the area. Very accessible to SM Clark Mall and transport terminals (buses and jeeps). Highly recommended. Worth the money!

I'd like how they entertain and accommodate their clients, staff's are very kind and courteous, the venue of the location is very conduceive and most accessible to where you want to go out for a trip, and so on....

Great environment, satisfying location (SM mall within walking distance, a 24 hour supermarket right on the ground floor) and wonderful staff. We had a great time with 950 condetal.

Reception could be a little more lenient on the ID requirements for the visiting-guests of the hotel-guest. If the visiting-guest is looking for a particular room number/occupant, then by all means request for the IDs. If the visiting-guest is physically with the hotel-guest upon entry to hotel, then no need to be so strict on the ID requirement.
