After staying on many occasions, I have no need to look elsewhere, it is budget accommodation, allowing me more money to check out different food places

Although at times something might be no soap or no towel, I really can't complain, when you take into consideration the price and position, i think the hotel and staff amount to a very good deal for the budget traveler

The place was accessible. Near the walking street and SM Clark. For me, it is already an old building.

We expect to eat a buffet breakfast on the day after but we didn't. The breakfast was served by plate (the staff informed us if the guests will not avail for 25 pax, breakfast will be serve in plates not buffet style). Thats the reason why we booked here. We went continue to sleep and have brunch instead. The pillow cases has stains as well. My partner also worked as room attendant, thats why he was meticulous in the room when we entered.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was really comfy. Great view from our window, and the bathtub was really good!

Maybe it was the lack of a kitchenette? Most suites have it but I guess you get what you paid for.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They were quick to respond to any requests and made me feel truly welcome. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which enhanced my overall comfort and enjoyment.

The area it a very busy area

the professional expertise of the young ladies on the front desk was second to none especially by the young lady i believe was named kate she showed me to my room and explained everything to me in an understandable way euro hotel should be proud of thier staff

The room is bigger than what we expect. We are comfortable and satisfied with the service and amenities. Plus, it's a good location, very convenient if you have a car or commute.

Convenience and short distance to SM

The air-condition unit in the bedroom was very noisy,so didn't sleep well at all.Could do some modern decorations especially in the reception area/lounge.

Like the facilities, specially the hairdryer. The room also is clean. The TV is working but has limited channels to watch on. The shower has hot and cold water in it. The lights are very relaxing

We didn't like the bed as it is not soft enough.

The Location, Value and Hospitality.

No Refrigerator or Microwave in Suites. Low quality television reception, extremely few channels. No hot water in the shower.

Quality Value and Convenience

Two things in a Standard Room: One install a simple shower curtain to limit water splashing. Two allow decent television channels.
