Staff at all levels ,good to very good , for the money , room facility's such a single thing to drink from or eat from, found in other less cost establishments ,smallish room same compared to similar cost places , room was clean , fresh .next question the survey asks expectations,?in 1 istaance of accomadation previous to the recent stay ,a advertised price per nite greater than my recent stay , I then see room rates that place at less cost while on the current trip ,where weeks before when book a room ,at a higher price , last comment , 2 times I requested a manila airport pick up via car , and even asked time of arrival , at manila AIRPORT AND GIVEN A PRIC OR COST OF THE PICK UP VEHICLE FOR THE DRIVE NORTH TO ANGELES CITY COSTING ME DOUBLE THAT COST VIA A HIRE CAR, TO GET TO THE HOTEL , ASKED WHAT HAPPENED AT THE FRONT DESK , WAS INFORMED I DID NOT CINFIRM THE DRIVER REQUEST TO THEM ,NOT KNOW AMYTHING ,THE GIVEN PRICE I RECIEIVED WAS 4500 PESOS LOCAL CURRENCY , ACTUALLY HAD TO PAY I BELIEVE 8400 PESO,S TO THE AVAILABLE CAR TANSPORT AT MAILA AIRPORT NORTH TO ANGELES CITY , REQUESTED TRANSPORT 2 TIIMES , GIVEN A COST FOR SUCH YRT TOLD NOT CONFIRM DID I NEED A STICK TO REQUEST AND NOT IMPRESSED AT BOOKING .COM IN USING TO REQUEST THE PIICK UP

Very friendly staff. Very cheap but still good location to walking street. Different breakfast options.

Their pool was a little bit dirty. Always found a few bugs/insects and other small things flouting around

The pool while we didn't go swimming looked really nice. The food was also simple but great, room was good for the price I guess. Staff was really accomodating given I made an error in reservation dates.

I guess the room looked kinda old and a little worn out. Was surprised too to see they stillnused keys instead of the modern card keys. But this is more of a nitpick. You get what you paid for.

DM Residence, To be fair it meet all expectations of a hotel in this price bracket . Staff are great , on site food was acceptable and some meals very delicious. There was small pool m pool side bars and location was great if one wants night life ,,, yet far enough away to avoid if want quite , I would surely stay here again . Breet

This is a great little hotel in a quiet area but close walking distance to shops and cafes and SMMall. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site Cafe provided us with cold beer and yummy food. We will stay here if we come back to Angeles.

The Air conditioner works well but is noisy.

I had a fantastic stay at DM Residente,thanks to the outstanding service and exceptional staff. The front desk was efficient, housekeeping kept the room spotless, and every request was promptly addressed. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming environment and dedicated employees.

Staff, security, were excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant right next door. Had excellent breakfast. Look forward to my next visit soon. Thank you to all for the great stay and service!

They upgraded my room for free. Bedroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were courteous, friendly, and approachable. Location is near to everything.

Water coming out from the shower is scanty and slow as compared to the water from the faucet even if I already adjusted the shower settings.

I Should Of Said Something To The Office About the 🐜 Ants And There Were Some 🪳 Cock roaches In The Bathroom And Seen A Couple On THE FLOOR Outside the Room I Didn't Say Anything About it To The Office Apart From that I Was Very Happy Staying There And I Would Stay There Again Yes Very Happy With Everything There Staff Was Excellent Yes Would Love To Stay There Again Like I Said
