The hotel is on a great location albeit on a busy main road in town. Staff were all very kind and happy. The rooms were big and comfy but colours to dated mostly black furniture which just collected and showed dust and in truth for a traveller too much cupboard space. Top floor restaurant great idea and views good but food warmer if taken in downstairs restaurant..

The fact the staff always repeating and taking calls for food orders from the upstairs restaurant..noisy and with today's technology not necessary Shower provision could be improved to stop water going all over floor and to ensure Shower heads are cleaned and secured without leaks

The room floor plan was superb. The wall decors captivates my passion of photos. And the kitchen gave me a sense of home feeling. The lighting was awesome.

The bathroom was okay, but the walk in shower has no glass door or curtain to prevent water splashes on the bathroom floor. The water runs through it & looks really wet. No proper maintenance of the shower cube.

We came up for breakfast. And handed the waitress our bfast stubs . Before 10 am . She went away and handled someone else order then at 10:04 came back and said we couldn’t have the breakfast anymore because it’s only until 10 . But I sabi we gave you the stubs before 10 !!!! It’s not my fault u didn’t call them to prepare 2 breakfast . Also it’s only 10:04 it’s just 4 minutes . Are you really gonna make us look stupid by not giving us bfast. And we have even tipped the same waitresses for dinner the night before around 1k tip . I booked this hotel for I think 3 nights and we were going boracay . I was gonna book the same place coming back from boracay which was 2 weeks of booking. But we all got pissed off that the waitresss even treated us this way. And we now booked somewhere else.

Very comfortable, modern and spacious hotel. The decor is bright and consistent. Very nice rooftop pool bar and restaurant area. Friendly and helpful.staff. The room was large, clean and with good facilities. Nice big bed. The gym in nearby Kandi Tower was well equipped and 2 mins walk away. Breakfast could have been better.

The inclusive breakfast is only for 3 or 4 narrow choices. Anything else was charged for including a second cup of coffee which surprised me and is not the norm in Philippines hotels. Also my balcony overlooked a sort of wasteland which might bother some although I spent no time out there.

Beautiful property always stay there when visiting Angeles. Have stayed there on various occasions and only realised this time was allowed to use their gym facility on a nearby site, wish i had been told earlier and not found out by a conversation with other tourist.

A large group of Nigerians not residents disturbing the piece by the pool on a couple of occasions. Other than that everything perfect as usual.

Pretty much everything was excellent. The roof terrace is a stunning area, with wonderful pool, bar and restaurant. Rooms are spacious, with decent WiFi, hot water and reasonable sound proofing. Nice complimentary touches of water and snacks, together with slippers & gown further added to the comfort. Great security and door staff, and the cleaning services were also excellent. The staff can't do enough for you, they really look after you and genuinely seem to care. Watch out for the cheeky one behind the pool bar, though!! Very funny lady, made me laugh everyday! In terms of value for money, I can't recall staying in a place this good for this sort of money. All in all, loved it and will certainly stay here again whenever I'm passing through Angeles. Thanks to all the team.

Nothing disappointing me.

The staff were awesome, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and as pictured. The food available in the restaurant and for room service was tasty and prompt. Cooking equipment was easily available from the staff on request to cook in the room if you like, but there were also plenty of nice food options nearby if you prefer to always eat out. The supplied breakfast while basic was still fresh, hot, and tasty. Pool tables were available in the entrance foyer lounge bar area as well as the pool bar area on the roof. This is a very couple friendly place. The rooftop bar and pool area was a great place to hang out with friends or girlfriend. Stays of longer than a week also offered a good discount. The Hotel owner even dropped in to check on guests in the rooftop bar and dining area.

The shower was warm and fine. The only issue was that the water would always spill out into the rest of the bathroom and needed to be mopped up every time. It's a few hundred metres to the main Walking Street, which I didnt mind to get some exercise but my mate did.

+ very nice hotel + very nice room, new and clean + super restaurant (roofdeck with view and breeze!) with good food and (very!) good choice of food + big and clean pool

- only one towel in the bathroom and they ask money for using a separate pool towel - included breakfast is not good (low choice and amount with cheap instant coffee). Better order instead breakfast a la carte. - few of the young waitresses (roofdeck) made my filipina wife feel really uncomfortable with the way they looked at her. They should learn being more friendly or better look for another job.

Always stay at Kandi Palace, decir and service best in area. If ever you stay over Christmas or New Year make sure you book the buffets, again best value and a little bit of style with the man playing the Grand Piano.

Was a bit worried about the Kuoy Carp in the large tank as the filter didn't seem to be working properly.
