The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The security guard opens the door before you even get to the door . Offered us umbrella when it was raining. In my book, that's great service. The room is large with fanciful decors. It has a mini kitchenette with a hot plate, mini fridge, plates, bowls, electric kettle, and kitchen wares. The water pressure is much better than I have at home. Hot water to your heart desire. It has a rooftop pool and restaurant. Great place to watch sunset or sunrise. It's walking distance to SM mall but recommend taking tricycle because it's too hot to walk. It will set you back 100 pesos.

A better free breakfast offering can go a long way.

didn't like the CR in our room. Had to ask for pots and pans, not included in the room even though it had a small kitchen. didn't liked being nickeled and dimed for everything. Good example was being charged extra for a spoonful of jelly. Our room was in the front of the hotel so we had a street view. only issue was our room was on the 2nd floor and street traffic in the Philippines is very noisy.

This Condo ( Apartment) blew my mind I didn’t expect it to to that good!! 2nd floor so no view ( I am scared of heights) have everything you needed for a long stay ( kitchen facilities) I was only there for 3 days!! Amazing huge TV… my room included breakfast every morning ( 2 eggs on toast with a tea/ coffee) basic but great start to the morning!!! been to AC many times this is the best place I have stayed!! and the rooftop pool/ bar WOW WOW…

a few staff weren’t very nice which is rare in the Phillipines!!! and also housekeeping doesn’t seem to exist I did ask many times and finally it got done but it shouldn’t be that difficult….

Everything great. Delicious breakfast, personal very friendly and helpful, swimming pool area is huge with restaurant service, good location, big refrigerator in my room, etc.

Sometimes, it felt that the swimming pool needed more regular cleaning. Breakfast coffee and juice were not drinkable. Management should fix this, delicious breakfast without nothing to drink!

Just the customer service and the maid's doing a great job cleaning.

Only thing I can say was not being told everything. Didn't use the pool once. Asked about times even was there after 8am but pool was still closed. Just needs better information on things that we don't see by reading

Kandi Palace(4) is the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous pool and views to admire...home feel.. and it only gets more exciting as you unpack and relax. High quality rooms (there was Netflix, YouTube premium and nice hot waterfall shower), nice cold rooms and high quality service. Also, Kandi Tower 4 is one of a few hotels in Pampanga and Angeles City that offer this high quality food and drink assortment. Not to mention classic Philippines vibe and feel. Wonderful Atmosphere, pool table, piano and modern reception point . We have stayed at dozens hotels around the world, Amsterdam,  France , Germany, New York, Mexico and Miami.  This is my new home away from home. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of our stay. So friendly. We highly endorse this facility. There food was first class, asian and american cuisine. Expert chefs prepared art work ,melt in your mouth food. Order up room service in a.m and watch the Arayat mountain view. Chef made the fluffiest blueberry pancakes with lemon cream cheese . Can't go wrong. Excellent property and very convenient to Walking Street and Clark activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with Kandi will be remembered fondly. We have put the word out to our clients,, viewers ,and friends.. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful and perfect to celebrate our birthday .We give this 5 stars.

Wish more rooms open for longer stay.

The staffs are very accommodating and the foods are good for its price. The room we have stayed in is clean and complete from toiletries, to appliance and dinnerwares. Overall, we are very satisfied and will recommend the place to everyone who will stay in Clark. Definitely will stay here in our next visit. Kudos to the Staffs and Management.

My American boyfriend paid for the hotel for me. I am a Pinay, and I stayed in Kandi palace for 1 amazing night. I loved the following: Food(room service), the room size and furniture were extravagant (I felt like a queen), the smells/cleanliness, the balcony, the bathroom, the fancy room design with lights and chandelier, and royal bed! Very fancy hotel. Great location near sm mall. superb wifi. really comfortable and awesome ac.

the sexy/provocative pictures of scantly clothed women photos all around were distasteful for me. luckily my boyfriend wasn't there, lol! definitely not what u want kids to see.

Great hotel with many facilities: Good size rooms strong wifi(steady 50mbps) good size king bed and comfortable big 55 inch smart tv possibility for cooking room service with normal prices(food quality is good) rooftop dining area and pool(pool is not very big) the gym in Kandi tower 1 can be used(10 min walk)

can be noisy in the hallways no shower curtain, so bathroom gets flooded

I Like your friendly staff aways happy and wanting your stay to be pleasant. Rose always had a smile on her face and was very attentive. All your staff were great.
