The staff are very respectful and very handful always greets us like a VIP they are always fast to assist us and the securities and Door man they are so cool to the point they help us with umbrellas since its rainy season i like the room somehow clean and the price i paid was worth it 🥰 i was choose here because the food also was mouth watering 🥰

I have 3 days and my room has a water from the roof or i think from the aircondition i feel like there is water down the floor everytime i walk beside the rooms i think they need to check the rooms weekly for standards after first day i have my room change to loft type but i have the same issue the water i dont know where is it coming from but this just small issue to repair the rest are good 🥰

First stay and won’t be the last, staff were friendly,polite, smart and would do anything to help. Rooms were clean and modern with an efficient aircon. Cleaned every day and plenty of complimentary water left. Lovely coffee shop in the reception area Beautiful quiet pool on the roof. Don’t believe the bad reports about security searching bags for food it’s all a lie. Of course you can’t take your own food into a poolside restaurant that’s all hotels policy. Best hotel in Angeles great price and great staff/rooms

The staff was excellent, from the moment we checked in. Very comfortable room. We stayed on the 5th floor. Loved our room floor plan, upstairs bedroom has a full bath and shower.

The hotel is on a corner curve. Cars are no issue, but the trikes, jeepnies are. They slow at the curve and accelerate after…loud. Make sure all the windows are locked tight, otherwise the nosie level is going to be an issue. A little sound proofing…maybe double pane windows would help.

Great location with descent pricing. Fantastic staff from security to reception team. They would greet you with smile all the time.

Water pressure. There are rooms that has good supply of water and there are some that has no pressure so it was a bit difficult to get ready specially if you are in a hurry.

I did not like that building hot inside and in the elevator it was like being outside and I did not like there pricing it was way above other places that are way nicer and way better rooms I feel they need to be a lil more reasonable in the money area the bed was very comfy there is only one channel of English on the tv.

The service was excellent. Clean rooms, excellent internal restaurants and close to SM Mall.

We wish the check-in time coukd be earlier or prior to 16 00. Most flights arrive considerably earlier.

I was very impressed by Annie's service at the rooftop bar. I also thought the coffee from the coffee shop was excellent

I like the food and price is affordable.

I didn't like that there is a no bedside table so you can put your stuff and there is no balcony amd bath tub but food at tje buffet is great.

Everything the staff always want to help and so polite the security team on the door , the cleanliness of the room
