No breakfast available but SM and restaurants like F.Baylosis and Jollibee were just a short ride away.Near the lobby was a small dining area with plates,fork and spoons available for use.Coffee and drinking water were also available all day.

The room is comfy, clean, spacious. However no resto inside the hotel.

The location is okay, as it's close to the center of the city. There's enough parking space too.

1) Our room smelled like an old rug or like someone just smoked inside. Overall the smell was unpleasant when we came in. 2) There were ants in the room. 3) We saw some empty beer bottles in the staircase... 4) Elevator was too small... it says capacity of 5 but i think it only fits 2 5) I paid in advance but when we got there they said i have not paid yet. Had to show some proof... good thing they were able to confirm it the day after.
