We always book this property every time we travel to North-East Mindanao. The location is very accessible as it is just near the main CDO intersection. The bed is huge and soft. The aircon is very cold. The shower heater works perfectly fine. The TV is okay as well (though limited channels) but it is fine, we were just there to sleep.

The room is small that it can only fit a bed and one chair. You won't be able to eat inside as there is no table. No cabinets to put or hang your clothes. The floor needs to be changed - though it's clean but there are stains.

The convenience of a place to work in cases where internet at home is down. Staff is friendly. Internet is fast and reliable. Space is just good for work, not too big and not too small, just the perfect area. Most of all, it was not expensive and with the use of Booking app, there were discounts. 👍🏻💯

The picture of the room I booked is far from the actual room I stayed. The comfort room area is a bit too small for both shower and bathroom use. Bidet water is slow and flush is not working well. Could use a bit of a clean up or renovate to make the room and bathroom/cr more lively. It looked gloomy.

They are so generous. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time and they immediately accommodated us. They did not make us wait. The room was ready and it was clean to our satisfaction. The linens are fresh from the look and smell of it. I am happy that they are really practicing proper hygiene all around the hotel. great job

Recommended to ng brother ko na nagstay dito last week. He told me na very affordable ng accommodation and true enough. for only 500, we got a room for a night with proper AC and a comfortable bed. I don't think we can ever get this affordable rate somewhere else. Very great discovery indeed!!

The room offers the basic amenities as stated on their site. We had a very comfortable stay. Yung bed is super comfy din,hindi masakit sa likod. Then the staff are all so nice very attentive sa service and kapag may request kami immediately napoprovide naman. thanks a lot sa great service.

Yung second room na nabook namin is for my parents. Like our room, maaliwalas din and malinis. May window sila that allows the natural light to come in. Also, fast WIFI speed. we were able to do a bit of work during our stay. Nakapa movies din

Convenient location which is near to places where we gonna go. Its near convenience stores, ATM, mode of transportation, and food places.

Very clean room and even bathroom. Linens are fresh and surely, they are clean. well maintained rooms with good WIFI, cool AC.
