The staff is very friendly, anything we required during the stay they provided quickly (i.e. extra towels, take garbage out, etc). The small store in the hotel has most of what you would want, but there is also a 7/11 and Alfamart in walking distance.

No microwave in the room, food from restaurant not good. Outside of the hotel looks creepy because it is an industrial area, road is gravel with pot holes (my first thought was what scary place did I book)

Peacefulness and cleanliness. The room smells good.

No disposable slippers. Staff need to be reminded twice or thrice if you want to clean your room. The bottled water they provide should be included in the hotel rate unless we want more and will order another one.

Location is great. Beside the terminal. Very convenient to me because I checked out during dawn to travel and bus was just meters away.

The stains. The towel was fragrant but with a stain. The white tables have stains. The mug has stains. The shampoo container was not refilled. I just got a pea-sized shampoo from it for my long hair😐

The staff were very kind and accommodating and the location is excellent - it was close to all the places we needed to go to. I was able to work from home overnight with no issues, and the staff even offered to let me use their faster wifi. Everything was neat and tidy, and there was a lot of cabinet space for our belongings. The shower had hot water and worked really well with great water pressure. The food from their cafe is also great, with big servings at a reasonable price.

Clean room, with good wifi connection - air conditioning and shower heater. Area is covered with good telecom signal. There's a pantry in the lobby that has everything that you will need during the stay.

I thought the water bottle and coffee in the room is free but it's not. Everything you consume will be charged during check out.

Everything was working pretty well; aircon, shower. They have fridge which was a need during my stay. A desk to when you need to work and eat. They can provide iron upon request. Team was quick to provide requests. Sheets were clean. Basically everything is still new. They have a cafe and a convenience store near the front desk.

No free water upon arrival.

My stay was amazing, everytime I come to visit my family in Cabanatuan I always pick this hotel to stay at. checking-in was very easy and the staff were very accommodating to all my needs especially Jerome! The showers were very hot and the room was very clean. The food was great and filled me up.

Water pressure could be a little stronger

Had a very pleasant stay at Rosey Hotel! Honestly couldnt be more happy, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilies were clean anx ust what you need with free netflix, and even in-hotel convenience store! Will definitely be coming back here!!

Not much I didn't like to be honest, great budget hotel with friendly staff.

All around, the hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful and quick to respond when we requested for assistance. The store is filled with all the ordinary stuffs that one needs when at home. I could say it's home away from home and even better.

The short but unpaved driveway into the hotel but I believe it's a city.easement and not their responsibility.

Its quiet and clean and easy access to what I need in the city, the manager really took time to check about the neighboring constructions noises during my 3rd stay and even gave discount for my food. Thank you! I will always stay whenever I am in the city.
