The location is good, the breakfast is also good, the staff are kind and courteous except 1.

I am a frequent guest of the hotel for 2 decades so i know the service and the room that's why i am very disappointed. The shower area and fixture are not the same as it was 2 yrs ago (last yr I was also here so there is really a problem on maintenance). There is this one staff on the buffet area that we asked to wipe clean the table cause its not clean and he does it in a not so good manner... The room is still consider new but smell old...last yr it is much better except for the tub drain (not functioning well).

The hotel has a fabulous look for the area that its in. You can't miss it as you drive past. Once inside you are overtaken at the size of the foyer area. It has a airy feel to it. The security person as well as the bell hops are standing by to assist you with your bags. The front desk staff are very cheerful and ready to check you in without delay.

PRICE, PRICE, PRICE!!!! Though you are paying a bit more for the luxury it shouldn't be out of reach. I don't remember if this hotel is classified as a 3 or 4 star hotel but each time I've checked the price on booking sites it seems to keep going up. I would still use this hotel regardless as it is the best looking hotel in the area.

Breakfast was superb for me. We love the danggit. As a muslim family traveling it is hard to find restaurants serving halal foods. The staff and the managers made sure that our needs are met. The salmon belly sinigang sa miso was the best! Lasang lasa ang purong miso. I would like to commend Jomar and Iyah of the all day dining resto for being so jolly and very attentive on our needs. If they are not sure they ask permission from Ma'am Pia and Ma'am Grace and they gladly authorized what was being asked of us. We are not maarte, we are only obeying what was taught in our faith and I am beyond happy and thankful that they made our stay very welcoming! Hats off for the awesome service! I would like to commend the two ladies in front desk too, Kathleen and Marga who are very jolly and quite very good in catching my jokes. They are the one who checked us in and checked us out next day. Thank you ladies. Please keep the positive attitude. We may go back soon. We highly recommend La Maja Rica. The staffs are amazing.

Our request for close rooms were not granted due to non availability. The bathtub is huge it is actually hard for kids and adults to come in and out of it.

Great and accommodating staff. Very clean hotel, yummy food. All staff exceeded my expectations. They have very good customer service skills.l

Outside reception, when it becomes wet from the rain. I almost slipped on the floor going outside our car, good thing the security guard was there to support me, he is very efficient.

The location, easy access to where I need to go. Close the bus terminal, grocery, eating places.

I like my stay, staff are courteous and accommodating. Room 504, the faucet needs to be fixed because it’s loose. No worries, I still love my stay.

The location is great as it is off the main road and easy to locate. The hotel is very well kept and the staff is very friendly and understanding. The restaurant food selection is very nice and affordable.

Price!!! Not that it is overly expensive but the hotel is a older and for the price upgrades should be apparent. There was some remodeling done but not sure how much will carryover. Once in the room you'll be able to see the improvements that need to be done.

The staff here were lovely and really made the stay very enjoyable. They were always polite and friendly and on our last day some of them lined up to wave us goodbye which gave the stay a very personal touch. The room was airconditioned and had some cable TV channels.

My wife and I did not find the bed particularly comfortable, but it didn't ruin the experience for us. There was also a light outside the room which could not be turned off. As someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness, it was quite annoying and disrupted my sleep.

I have been to La Maja Rica many many times and their service is so consistent. Their staff are very helpful. I love the breakfast buffet. The location offers a really good opportunity for stressed people like me to relax, unwind and forget about your problems for a bit. It's a clean, modern and beautiful hotel. If you're in Tarlac, this is the place to be!

Just one minor thing – wi-fi speed can be improved.

Dear Lita, Thank you for accomodating us again after our previous long stay. We are pleased to inform you that we enjoyed everything in regards with our both stays. All the staff is atentive and eager to create unique memorable moments. We relieaved such a being home feeling as we stayed in the same room as previously; also we were glad to see how great you turn this place into, happy to have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, not to mention that the pool is now open for public. Bed Comfort was the best.

the noise in hallway was disaster like at 11 pm while sleeping noise in the hallway was disturbing. Then in the morning when I went outside there were people or like a wedding coordinator staff... doing lot of stuff and things with their laptop and was set up near in front of my door, it felt like invasion of my privacy was violated.
