1. It’s great that there is a complimentary welcome drink. 2. The guards thoroughly checked each vehicle for security purposes. 3. Some of the staff were accommodating, particularly those in the pool and bike areas.

1. The staff seems to be lost and doesn’t know how to accommodate guests. 2. The check-in time is at 3:00 PM and should be implemented as stated, without delays. When we arrived, we waited for almost 15 minutes, even though the room was supposed to be ready by then. 3. It might be best if the staff were more courteous and professional, rather than appearing moody or as if they had woken up on the wrong side of the bed.

The hotel’s location is very good. The trendy restaurants are just nearby. The room was really spacious and clean.

The breakfast buffet is not that good. The choices were repetitive. Also the ambiance at the dining is too gloomy. The lights are very dim so it’s not that appetizing to eat breakfast.

The lobby was architecturally beautiful and spacious. Though the place has a casino, it didn't appear to intrude into the calm and peace it exuded. High ceilings and toned down lighting muted the feel of a busy day. Friendly and quietly efficient staff made it hum like a well-run place.

Lobby seats in front of the reception area are mostly uncomfortable. They are too wide giving the impression they're only meant for exceedingly tall guests and not the average sized ones. Leaning back into the seats are simply not possible unless one raises his/her legs and pushes all the way back.

Staff so friendly and willing. Special thanks for Tiffany in reception absolutely perfect could not do enough to help answer all questions thank you.

I think smell coming up from back of sink closest to you their are 3 holes and inside the smell coming from there. I imagine mould spray inside or bleach would help if done daily. Cleaning staff by the way very good.

Our booking with Midori Clark was one of the best hotel experience I had since the pandemic and am very pleased with all aspects of this hotel. Really worth the money. We made this a special trip by booking at a premium hotel in Clark - great food, great staff and exceptional facilities :)

I cannot think of anything negative about the place. I'm just hoping that Midori will not deteriorate in terms of the facilities and service. I'm so impressed!

The food's great! Maybe just work on some pest control on flies lurking around the food in the buffet area. But overall, food's delicious! Loved the options at the breakfast buffet, at the Executive Lounge. Loved the overall space and the Gym! Pillows are fluffy, comfortable sleep!

Opportunity to improve on a) putting ready instructions (like digits to dial for front desk, housekeeping, room service, etc), b) menu for room service, c) parking/car pass.

The gym and pool facilities were very good. It was a large and spacious room with plenty of storage space. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with free water was nice.

I didn't like the open plan bathroom arrangement, but that's just personal opinion. The aircon was very loud and blowing directly onto you. At the restaurant outlets in the hotel grounds, you had to use different staff for different outlets.

Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Especially the gentleman at the pool. The whole hotel feels warm and homie with lots of wood elements. Shower is awesome and Japanese toilet. Breakfast has all Asian and western choices.

Koffie at breakfast was not good.

Front desk people shld stop talking and laughing amongst themselves in their native tongue infront of guests. I dnt knw if their talking about me or not. But i dnt really care. I jst find so rude.

Huge and modern. Room is very spacious and clean, We loved the snack lounge. So happy we booked the executive de luxe.

There is a free parking which is good but instructions aren’t clear as to where we can stall before getting parked immediately. Maybe they can do something about this process.
