Rooms are spacious and really well kept. Huge toilet and bath and we appreciate the recliner chairs , work table in the rooms. There are also free massage chairs available in certain floors. Didn’t swim but pool looks nice and inviting. Staff were courteous and approachable. Located in a quiet but still accessible part of Clark with some shops and 24H Korean store nearby.

Check in is strictly at 3PM, instead of 2PM which is usually the standard in PH. They would not consider even if there are available rooms already. We paid for extra fees just to check in by 2:30pm since we were so tired from the long drive to Clark. Ridiculous fee per missing key card considering the price of the rooms, in most mid range/ top hotels now it is even disposable or not asked back anymore. It would also be nice if they have an in house spa.

The staff are very nice, courteous, and helpful. I was greeted by everyone every time I pass by them. The area is nice it's close to the jog area and very convenient and quiet. I had the whole room for myself even though I booked a capsule room so that was a huge delight.

My only concern for the capsule room is that the outer part of it feels a bit flimsy and there is evident crack on the entrance of the door but it wasn't major just an observation.

I like the room its big enough for us and separate toilet and shower. Beddings are soft and comfortable to sleep.

The staff were courteous and quickly process our check-in however after we call again through phone, they seem unaware of what we had requested like additional pax and they are not aware we had paid. So we followed up our request 3x

I overall liked the amenities, the pools and the gym. I was able to spend a relaxing day which was my main objective in this stay. Plus the customer service was wonderful, so overall it was splendid

Food choices. As the restaurant didn't have options for vegetarians and even pescatarians. It only catered for people who are able to eat meat so I didn't have much option.

The room that we got was really comfortable and spacious. And the location is good - near Clark Parade Grounds.

The bathroom had an odd design for the shower area causing the water to overspill over the floor.

We loved the jet pool and the pool! The room was great and very spacious. We liked that there was a balcony available so we can dry our clothes. The location is perfect as well and is near must-eat spots in Clark!

Our original room had a faulty aircon. It was very hot and the bed was quite noisy. Good thing that the hotel allowed us to move rooms that's just next door :)

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people outside your room.

The customer service person i spoke with over the phone told us that our room will be at the ground floor, but we ended up at the 3rd floor, the room at the 3rd floor was overall okay.. what disappointed me was the wrong set of expectations given to us.

The ambience and the staffs are very friendly and professional :)

Very friendly staff, they always wear a pleasant smile whenever we approach them or when requesting for something.

Check-in time is 3 pm though they allowed me to check-in an hour earlier since there are no other occupants in the pods.
