overall stay was quite good, with the exception of the service issues cause by shortstaffing.

they are trying to get people to scan an inroom QR code to 'help themselves' if you want something, rather than call reception. I don't like that. If I wanted to help myself, I would stay at an airbnb. I stay in a hotel so that I can pick up the phone and call to get what I need. Don't tell me to 'serve myself'. They were also short-staffed, unfortunately. I called to get some bottles of water, it took about 4 or 5 times to try to get through to someone on the phone. And if you are seated outside during breakfast time, it takes very long time to get coffee refills etc - HOWEVER, the staff themselves were doing an excellent job, I cannot fault them. Its just they're understaffed.

The room and the pool are superb. Room are decent in size especially the masters bedroom. The pool is good, it has a kiddie pool for my kids to enjoy the waters and it’s safe they have kids life vest which is important. We also enjoyed the food in Salt breakfast buffet. Food has many good choices and its clean and orderly.

The only thing i could comment is that the lack of towels and face towels in their bathrooms. And some bathroom tissues. We only got 1 on each bathroom, no replacement.

Great facilities and food

Many guests permitted to were their pyjamas to breakfast, which makes the place look below standard. Recommend proper restaurant attire

Room was okay, clean and spacious. We didn't get to enjoy the pool that much because it rained during our stay. But the lobby, lounge and staff were great! The front desk were very accommodating and we didn't wait too long to check-in and out. We also liked the set-up that it was linked to the other hotels - Marriott, Hann and Swissotel. So even if it rained in the evening, we didn't get wet because all these hotels were inter-connected.

The breakfast food wasn't that great.

Check-in, the gentleman in the reception is very nice and accomodating (Forgot his name). He makes sure that all our request are given. We were given rooms in the 1st floor and facing each other which we requested. Since the other room was not available on the time of the check-in, they let us stay in one of the rooms first and then the guy from the reception and the housekeeping manager personally brings the other room keys to us and even greeted my parents a Happy birthday and they were both given cakes. My senior parents were very happy at that time. This is our second time we stayed in this hotel and it exceeded our expectation this time. The rooms smells nice, clean and very spacious. I also noticed that the rooms are newly renovated. Breakfast Buffet is very good and all the waiters in the buffet area are very attentive. Love the food, so yummy.

Kids and I stayed here because of the pool. They also set-up a surprise for my son's birthday which we love. As a parent, I really do appreciate that.

I just hope the room was quite bigger with a couch to seat on or living room maybe. They maximize the space for 2 bedroom unit. During my last stay I had a bed and a couch with the same space for my last stay. I just wish the 2 bedroom unit was bigger.

The place was clean, comfortable and looked very nice. The rooms were big, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was functional. All staffmembers were very nice. The barbecue buffet (every friday evening) was VERY good value for money. They offered all kinds of amenities you would expect from a hotel, the breakfast buffet offered variation and tasted good. The property is shared with other luxury hotels. It's close to the airport and sm clark. There was a small defect with out shower which we discovered upon checkin and a technician fixed this in a matter of minutes. Good place for family vacation and a very nice poolarea.

The food choice for ala carte was kinda limited and sometimes during dinnerservice it was kinda hard to get the attention of the staff for refilling the water. Also they should provide more drinking water for the rooms, bec if you ask for more, every time they just give two bottles (each containing 350 ml). Also the the regular dinner buffet( not the barbecue one which was very good) was just okay for the prize.

we do not check in on time, the receptionist said that the room is still on process of cleaning, then they gave us a welcoming drinks but in After six cafe it seems that they priority the ones who are paying for their drinks so we waited for almost an hour and still they did not accomodate us then we decide to leave After six

I like that it is conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores. Room is spacious enough for family of 3.

Have booked 3 rooms and requested for connecting rooms, i not rooms that are close with each other. However this was not granted and have to settle for what room is available. Although all rooms are located in the same floor.

The room was excellent and exeeded expectations. Lovely balcony view over the pool, lots of space in the room, small kitchenette area which was very useful, separate sitting area and a fabulous comfortable large bed.

Breakfast could have been better for a Westerner. There was a huge buffet and looked like a lot of choice and excellent quality, but when it came down to it there was very little Western style food. Of course, we are in Asia - so this should not be seen as a criticism of the hotel! Just didn't quite fit with my taste.
