I liked that the staff were so accommodating. They respond to our requests fast. The hotel was also super clean. They also provided a water dispenser near our room for use. The ice box for use at any time was also a much appreciated thought through these hot summer days! Thanks for that! I also liked that the hotel is located a walk away from a grocery (robinsons marketplace) and the westborough Park Center where weekend markets and food parks are available.

The implementation of no smoking rules may not be implemented well since the first room provided tonuse smelled of cigarettes. They did transfer us to another room, though, when we requested.

Parking is plenty and you wouldn't worry that there is no slot even if you come home late at night. The room is spacious and has two queen beds plus the chair near the window. I also like that it has a bath tub and a mini ref. The staff are also all smiling and always greeting us whenever they see us.

Swimming pool - it is cold so you will not enjoy it whether it is a morning or an evening swim. My child has been looking forward to it but cannot last for 10 minutes because of the cold water and wind. They should at least make it warm so the guests will be able to enjoy it. Breakfast buffet - choices are very limited and only 2 viands change per day, the others are the same.

Comfortable stay! The room is roomy, the beds are big. We especially loved that they have a gym, that they have a water dispenser for the guests and that their staff are very accommodating and super nice.

The rooms are a bit dated tbh, but it was really the rather noisy AC in our room that I particularly did not appreciate.

Location - Good location. 5 minutes away from Nuvali. Very peaceful and serene. You could also use foodpanda and grab if you want to order food. Staff - Staff were very friendly and cheerful! They always smile at you and always greet you. Very courteous from the security guard, the front desk personnel, bell boy, and the staff in the restaurant all of them are very commendable! Cleanliness - The property and the room are very clean. You could also request for your room to be cleaned and your belongings will be safe. Facilities - Parking is accessible. They have swimming pool. In the room they have hair dryer, toiletries and towels, and cable tv. Breakfast buffet is also available. It’s good although you only have limited options. Overall my family and I had a great time here and we’ll surely come back!

Easy check-in and check-out. Clean Facility. Courteous Staff and they responds immediately when asked for something for the room and facility. Good Breakfast

No ref and Telephone in the room. No coffee/Tea Station inside the room as advertised at Booking.com. Creaking sound when you lie-down on one of the beds (can be fixed though)

Location is good and quite accessible to nuvali. Near malls.

The breakfast is good but limited choices. The staff always inform us that my booking is good for 2 persons only but i really booked for 4 persons. They also informed us that i have top pay for the excess person. But at the end, i didn’t pay any because the booking stated that its good for 4 pax. They should have a coordination with agoda and booking.

Simplicity and Cleanliness. Simple Breakfast buffet but others might not find it enough due to lack of choices.

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice especially the night shift front desks. They were very accoommodating and helpful including the housekeeping staff.

The bed was comfy except for the pillows as it was too soft. The food option for breakfast was quite limited but it is palatable.

I'd like the room we're assigned which has a view of the swimming pool. I also love the provided parking space.

I have certain expectations when it comes to their breakfast and their dinner which I haven't met. The receptionist smiles at you, but I don't feel the sincerity.

Management

The transport van air-condition was not working all through out the journey from the airport to the hotel and ask a favor from the reception if we can be drop to my sister house which was only 10minutes away from the hotel as a compensation for the airconvenience of not having an air con on the van knowing the weather in manila too hot, they ask as to pay addional 600 pesos instead. A bit annoyed about it.
