Sosyal!! They even have a bathtub in the room. Was pleasantly surprised with the place. Had to overnight in LB for the UPCATs so just wanted a cheap but nice place. Bingo! This was super nice for the price (yes, you'd be surprised there were a lot more expensive places that didn't look this nice.) So the low down: Staff - excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Even the guard at the gate. Always smiling. Props to all. Pool - I wished I swam!! Huge pool. Looked nice and clean and refreshing. Room - got the standard twin (4K Php). A little small but lots of closet space. Wired. And a huge banyo. Could probably fit another small bed in the banyo. Banyo - nice and big. Didn't I say?? With a bathtub!! Major downside though: WEAK WATER FLOW. Food - had the breakfast and it was ok. Had the sausage and bangus. Bangus head was super crispy but lacked salt. So douse it in suka. Garlic rice was yum! And eggs were fresh. So good place overall. Will definitely stay here again. Next UPCAT maybe?? So in another 20 years or so...

Weak water flow

I love the breakfast, I love the staff-they are so courteous, always willing to provide assistance, particularly the one who checked us in the evening (sorry forgot his name. I was so tired and mad, yet he handled the situation very well and went a hundred miles to appease me.

The addresses of the Chateu in your website. There were three addresses, confusing, and Google map sent us to wrong locations and scary roads, coming from Tagaytay. We tried to refresh but it brought us to the same location, and it wanted us to enter the pitch black dark road between Turista Hotel and gasoline station and gps said Purok 1 in Canlubang. That’s the time we called the Chateu for directions but we were told to use the address at the website. There’s no link to click the address. We were told to ask people around but every person we ask don’t know Chateu Bleu. We managed to locate the place after using another App and the third phone. First phone we used google, second phone we used apple app, third phone used waze app.

The facilities of the receiving area and room was clean

The pool was just like a tap water.. It wasn't hot at all.. Not well maintained cause it was dirty. I travelled all the way from Davao hoping to soak in a hot spring pool.. And I was frustrated..

The staff was very courteous and willing to cater to our needs. The big pool hotspring was still being filled up and not ready for use, they allowed us to use of the private jacuzzi’s. We checked in late and they were willing to extend our check out time. They were very accommodating. They have excellent staff.

Some of the amenities need update, like tiles of the hotspring pool, it is old and outdated, floor in our room is coming off, water pressure is so weak in the shower.

Hotel is very nice with the pool area in the middle. The staff is very helpful and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. It's only 1 hour from Manila airport with a grab. With tricycle and jeep you get around the area easily. There are a lot of shops and small places to eat outside although the hotel restaurant offers very delicious food

Wifi was not stable and the water pressure in the shower was low

The outdoor pool is lovely with a view of Mount Makiling. Indoor pool is a heated hot spring and it was very good too! The place exceeded my expectations as it was pretty clean, cosy and the Aircon was working very well. Internet in the rooms are functioning well enough for work. Good that there is security patrolling the area as well.

Location wise, the street can be a bit sketchy, but you could easily order Grabfood or something if you don't wish to head out. I'm not sure if the portions are standard Filipino portions but they are very small for us. I like my breakfast to include some vegetables/fibre but that was missing. Still, the breakfasts was not too bad. Last order for dinner is 6pm and the portion is very tiny (for us), so we got hungry later at night. The grilled chicken was delicious though!

I did not expect to see a beautiful hotel like this in a busy environment. The staff are friendly and courteous! A hidden gem in the heart of Calamba, Laguna!

I pay close attention to details, so I expect the bathrooms to be impeccably clean and comfortable. There were four of us in the room, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I’ll book a standard room next time, if ever we go back to Calamba.

the room was clean, beds and pillows are comfy, pool is big and very clean, quiet and relaxing place, breezy, friendly staff, fast check in.

the c.r. has a certain bad smell that lingered during our whole stay. smells like p**p even if the toilet is clean. hot water in the shower is erratic, warm then gets cold, then hot, then warm again. Food was not that great.

Staff was polite, pool, thermal pool and jacuzzy there, garden, nice lobby, we were really enjoying there, we received 1 hour longer check out

Beds were a bit too hard, slow WiFi connection in the room, breakfast a bit modest considering the price payed.

The room we booked is cozy and large enough for a family. The breakfast tasted good. The staff were accommodating. The highlight is the pool.

The dipping pool outside our room didn't look clean. There is also a distinct smell in the toilet/bath room.
